Lovely place with great food for a good price. The food was scrumptious and the serving size is large too. Recommend for people who really love Thai food.

While the food was very good, the service was terrible. There were just two of us and the restaurant was not overly busy. My friend’s food was served a full 15 minutes after mine. The only way to get the server’s attention was to go to the counter. We had to ask twice for about the food. We had to ask for water refills. She never followed up with us at all. Meanwhile she stood behind the counter looking at her phone. Very frustrating. Even though the food was good we won’t be back and we won’t recommend to others.

Really nice Thai place in Chatham. Their pricing is good. We ordered a shrimp pad thai and a Beef pad se ew. I would really recommend to give this place a chance visiting Chatham.

Take out orders were given priority over dine in customers. 45 min wait is too long for simple dishes. Pho is literally the easiest item to serve. The broth is made in advance and all you need to do is add noodles and beef. Shouldn't take 45 min for that dish. Would have given them 3 stars if the food was great. Only gave 2 stars because the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Otherwise would have given 1 for the extra long wait.*edit - April 24, 2022. Thank you to the owner of the place for responding. Just for responding, I've added a star to move it to 3 stars.Next time when you are so busy, please tell your wait staff to let customers know that it will be a long wait. This way we can decide if we are going to stay or go elsewhere.

Great pad thai but never once have a showed up when they tell me to and my food be ready. I have waited no less than 15 minutes every time and even 45 minutes after the time they told me to come one time!

I went there for dinner with my 3 years old kid. First experience was the cashier was not so friendly but no big deal, I don’t mind. We order Pad Thai and Salad. The food was decent. We were eating and I found hair in my Pad Thai. To be honest, I was not mad or whatsoever. Accident can happen and especially it’s only one person working in the kitchen. So I pulled up the hair because I wanna make sure it’s not mine before I told the waitress. The hair was way thinner and shorter than my hair plus I tied my hair up before the food came out so it’s definitely not mine. So I put it back on the plate and called the waitress. She came over, stared at the hair and with a smirk she said it’s right on top of the plate and that I planted it there. I said I took it out to make sure it’s not mine but she just turned around and whispered that it was right on top. Do you think if I planted it there I am d*** enough to not mix it in the food? Anyway, in the end I told her I just wanted to let them know and I don’t need discounts or whatever. That I just bought a brand new car why do I need to put hair in my food. But still with that smirk she told me who knows, some people do that, no apology. I’m a chill person but I can’t stand her attitude. She kept accusing me that I do it to myself to get free food. I don’t want to pay $27 for dinner to be insulted. I wish I kept that hair on the plate so the chef can see it.Advice for the owner, you need a new waiter/waitress because the one working right now doesn’t know customer service. She was rude, unfriendly and mean.

- as someone whom grew up in the GTA, & has eaten lots of pho from various locations, I unfortunately have to say this place serves something that is nowhere near pho. I’m understanding they may have better options on their menu, as well being a thai restaurant& not vietnamese - I still will not be coming back for more of the pho, was nowhere near what I thought I was going to receive. No cilantro, no onions, the beef was over cooked. No thanks hahaha. ☺️

Very disappointed with this place. The food tastes pretty good. However the portions are small. The worst thing about this place is it litterally takes an hour to get your food.. I sat in the restaurant many times waiting over an hour.I had originally given this places 3 Stars. I reduced it to 2 because the wait times keep getting longer and longer. They told me 1.5hrs for my order and would not even offer free delivery. They would have me cancel an order of $110 rather than give me $4.25 off to cover delivery. The attitude is very bad. They didn't even care that I was upset.
