This Burger King sucks, I’m writing this review as I’m sitting here in my food with my two friends. 3/3 orders are all wrong, friend #1 ordered a crispy chicken meal and they gave him two spicy crispy chicken. Friend #2 got chicken fries and got only 3 chicken fries instead of 5 and gave her the spicy ones. And friend #3 got a whopper without tomato’s and they gave them a bacon and cheese whopper with extra stupid tomatoes

They closed their grill an hour before close… Couldn’t get an impossible whopper. Said they ‘had’ to do my only option was a beef burger or microwaved which I don’t eat beef.

Whopper Wednesday drive thru disappointment. They packed the burgers but not the fries. Over $20 for 2 burgers is not a deal

Insane. The wait was more than thirty minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars.
They aren't making the whopper like the franchise expects. Wilted iceberg lettuce or chunks of lettuce hearts (yellow) soften tomatoes, softened onions. Burger has been under heat lamps, not fresh, and something is off on mayo and ketchup.
Just ridiculous! I had heard that they went to 24 hours because they got broken into so many times. Tried to go last night to get food after work and was greeted by some man asking if I had a code. I had said give me a second. I've not used the app before. When I was ready I kept waiting for at least 5 minutes and no one was there. Took off and went to McDonald's. Absolutely horrible!

Went there to grab a late dinner around 8:30 pm, stood there for 10 min no one came to even greet us,there was only one other customer in there,we asked this gentleman if he ordered yet and said he has been waiting for 20 min and no has not even talked to him yet. We left and went to McDonald's, customer service is non-existent at this location.
