Why waste your time confirming condiments are in the bag before I walk back to the hotel and told yes, oh, you put them in the bay? Yes, thank you so much, have a nice evening and then get back to your hotel and nothing unbelievable a lot of people might not think this is a big idea but when you need for back and spine surgery and you’re walking around and you get back to your hotel room, thinking you’re gonna sit down and relax and have a nice juicy whopper and fries no ketchup, no salt no pepper no vinegar everything you asked for double triple checked, and no. Yes, the food was good and everything but unbelievable like wasn’t busy. I think one person picking up a delivery and I was so like thrilled that she put it in the bag for me. Big smile on my face like come on guys my first time there and last there’s nothing worse than getting fries and for me anyway no ketchup, I love ketchup and some vinegar and maybe a little bit more soft but nothing I think a napkin was in there. I can’t see for sure but because I did go and get napkins when I poured my pop and I thought oh should I get some of these portable ketchup just in case I said no no I’ll check. I’ll ask her and at least three times.0 great I can’t eat fries or no ketchup. She was really nice, friendly, smiling
I was shocked are you serious if I didn’t ask and then ask her again when she handed me my order and when she said oh yes it’s in there oh my God really thanks so much and then you get back. Wash your hands put your pyjamas on you on day travelling, I should’ve checked the bag, but anyway the seagulls had a full belly

Cold as Icee

I dont kniw what happened to this BK. It was so good before but lately some new guy is there and hes rude. He shouldn't be serving the drive thru. I came Oct 11,2025 and ordered thru the app. When I got to the drive thru window he gave me the wrong order and then snatched it back. No courtesy. Nothing. Then when I got home,I saw that they gave me a small fry instead of the medium that was on my order,and worse ...it was half empty.Another time,they gave me a single cheeseburger rather than the double I paid for and they took the wrong on back to the kitchen!! Did they serve it to someone else? Maybe there's a new owner thats being cheapo. That makes you lose business and lose customers,dont be foolish! Anyway,we're not coming back

I always go here on the weekend now, the food is always made great, they never forget anything which is rare, even if you order extra dips or anything, the staff are always polite, and the food is always ready extremely fast especially when you order on the app. All around great place to eat!

I honestly don't know why there's so many one-star reviews for this Burger King, every time I've gone they've been so nice and the service is always fast and friendly. The food always tastes fresh and good! They even upgraded my Whopper to the new red bun without any hassle!

The food is good, haven't had an issue with a order before. The only downfall with this Burger King is that the service is slow. You will be waiting at least 5 plus minutes after you order to get your food. The longest I've had to wait to get my food was 15 plus minutes.

Lady who took our order was very kind, our food was made fresh and fast aside from missing one chicken fry but the man I believe to be named Michael. Constantly was yelling at his two employees and talking down to them, he repeatedly raised his voice when it seemed completely unnecessary and he was very crude and cold the whole time we were in the building
