I've always loved this spot, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to an unbelievable experience with the manager, Nik. I received the wrong order — I had specifically requested and paid extra for grilled chicken, but the bowl I got contained something like tofu or soy instead. I called the store immediately, hoping for a simple resolution, such as sending a photo or stopping by so they could verify and remake the order. Instead, Nik was dismissive and argumentative. He insisted such an error couldn't have happened on their end, and rather than offering any help, he said the following “you can do whatever you want, like post review or whatever. that is how our chicken will look like” There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. Really disappointing service. I understand mistakes can happen and maybe the manager was right, the chicken is processed differently it looks and tastes like soya/tofu but that doesn’t justify the manager’s actions or how he dealt with the situation.

While going back, we found this gem of restaurant. The owner was very friendly and food was extremely delicious. We had great time and it’s a must visit if you are in the area!
