Delicious, filling breakfast. Access to gluten-free toast is great. Server was really attentive. We will be back.

This review is for the manager, not our wonderful and smiley server.
My husband, my twin baby girls and I went out for an early lunch today July 30, 2025 at 11:15am.
When we arrived we were greeted by a smiling, kind and helpful server who sat us. We quickly came to realize she was the only server in this large restaurant. She was serving 13 tables at once to herself, something no server should have to do if your business wants good customer service.
She did the very best she could but she could not keep up and as happens when you're overworked, things get forgotten.
We waited 15 minutes before we got drinks (and didn't get them all) 45 minutes before we got food (which was cold and stale).
I did not make a fuss to our poor server, it is not her fault. This is a situation where more staffing is required.
We typically chose Coras over stacked as their service was great - but sadly it was the complete opposite. And as I looked around at the other tables, I saw they all felt similarly.

To the manager, please bring in more floor staff during brunch hour. You are a breakfast restaurant and brunch is what you do. Do not make your poor servers sweat like this and take the heat for something that is not their fault.

I think we finally found a quality breakfast im Chatham. Today's peameal, eggs and potatoes were perfectly prepared and served. Plus I was able to enjoy a delicious cappuccino with cinnamon. It was very busy but our server worked hard and was friendly and gracious. We will be back!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Cora Breakfast Place! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for a cozy morning meal. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt welcomed.

The menu is a breakfast lover’s dream, offering a fantastic variety of dishes, from fluffy pancakes and creative waffles to savory omelets and fresh fruit bowls. I tried their signature Cora’s Special, and it was a perfect balance of flavors—freshly prepared with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The portions are generous, and the coffee was rich and perfectly brewed, a great complement to the meal.

What really stood out was the attention to detail, from the vibrant decor to the thoughtful touches like fresh garnishes on every plate. The service was prompt without feeling rushed, allowing me to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. Cora’s clearly takes pride in creating a memorable dining experience, and they nailed it!
