It had closed down for a while but recently re-opened under new management and I have to say, its a huge improvement! I actually ended up having brunch there TWO consecutive days (yesterday and today).

They have a new (limited time) menu with 5 items available ($12 each), yesterday I had the eggs Benedict (excellent) and today I sampled the omelet(just as good).

Both days I was served by Megan who is very efficient as well as helpful/knowledgeable about items on menu etc, was very pleased with the service now (particularly compared to before).

I strongly recommend giving the resturant a try (and wish the new management/staff the best).

I have eaten at the Chatham Cora Restaurant once or twice a week since it opened. I have always found the food to be fresh, and delicious. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the wait staff are excellent. It has always been my experience that the staff are professional and well trained. Again, food is excellent!!!!

Drove all the way from Wallaceburg only to find the place all locked up and deserted. Now I'm just finding out it's gone for good.

Gee, thanks for wasting my gas/time.

Wow absolutely Shocked.this is really Not like any Cora breakfast I've ever been in..
The atmosphere wss NOT CORA 'S.. its was just mom pops restaurant environment so happiness..just one wall really looks like cora..the rest
.Not no happy fruit pictures around. No happy cora sun no happiness in fruit that usually lines up all around the kitchen.
Now the food..fruit I got i could not eat grapes soft mushie, the cantaloupe omg soft and drying out rind was limp..,the apple was stacked but browning. My bacon so thin you can see through it...my home fries were delightful. My eggs had the worst holidasion sauce it was orange and like glue.. and the steak was shaved in thin slices i almost didn't find it it was so little..deeply disappointed!! I mostly didn't eat now for my friends breakfast. Wow pancake was dry no flavour his fruit haha a pineapple slice a cantaloupe..I did tell of the fruit already...and it was my 1st time bringing my friend there after raving how amazing Cora Breakfast was. .long story short I told waitress to tell cook how bad it is and stop serving fruit on it way to garbage they will kill someone! And I will never return to Cora in Chatham it was far the Worst restaurant of Cora from Montreal to Toronto and now here they really should have their franchise Pulled because it's NO CORA BREAKFAST.. after 64.89 it was The Worst! Don't bother going unless u just seek mom.pops warehouse feeling.

My husband and I had breakfast here the morning after our wedding. Was such a downer, we waited almost a full hour to get our food, we had to ask if they started it yet for them to actually give us our food. We wanted to leave. Took them 20mins to actually get my strawberry smoothie. We weren’t full when we finally ate, wasn’t even good. We honestly heard nothing but good from this place and thought it’ll be perfect to celebrate. We will for sure not be coming back.

Very good food. A bit pricy but good quality and not the same old thing. Fresh fruit, friendly peeps.

We came in and were served by Megan! She was friendly, quick and efficient. Even cleaned a booth off for us at a busy rush hour.

What an absolute circus! We placed a take away order at 8:33AM for pick up at 9:25AM on Cora’s website with generous tips and service fee. When we got to the restaurant, we waited an additional 20 minutes. The waitress couldn’t distinguish the sky from the ground. When she brought the food to the counter, she opened all the boxes to verify that the food was correct as per the order. Megan stepped in and packed the remainder. The food is subpar and the service has vastly deteriorated. Absolutely unacceptable! It’s a real shame.

Food was delicious.
We waited a long time to be served tho. To be fair, there only seemed to be one server that day.

We recently visited Cora’s, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was less than half full, yet we waited over 45 minutes to be served, which felt excessive given the circumstances.

The food was about what we expected—fresh and presented nicely. The fruit was a bit on the green side, though I can appreciate that perfect ripeness is hard to guarantee every day.

What really made the visit unpleasant, however, was the noticeable body odor of our server. I understand that some people may have sensitivities or reasons for not using deodorant, but in a restaurant setting, there are ways to manage this so guests aren’t distracted during their meal. It’s not about smelling good—it’s about maintaining a neutral, hygienic standard when working in close contact with customers.

If the staff who interact directly with guests aren’t held to that standard, it raises concerns about hygiene behind the scenes in the kitchen as well. For these reasons, we won’t be returning.

Stopped in for breakfast with my husband while in town and the restaurant wasn't very busy. It took a very long time for our orders to be taken and to receive our food - The table next to us walked out because nobody had come over. The food was cold, eggs were crunchy, and toast & crepes were soggy. It has definitely gone downhill - disappointing!

Delicious, filling breakfast. Access to gluten-free toast is great. Server was really attentive. We will be back.
