I ordered for delivery, asking for chocolate chunks added to my blizzard and they gave me cookie dough instead, not only that, it tasted off. The cookie dough was different from any of the blizzards I’ve had with it before. On top of this incident, I called three separate times and not ONE person was able to pick up the phone to help with correcting their mistake.

The worst DQ i have visited. They took my order wrong, asked for 2 burgers (specifically) and brought me 2 wraps🤷♂️🤨. The burgers were thin af. Made it the worst way possible. Never recommend this place.

Went through drive thru ordered a small silk pie blizzard was told price was $7 something so I said give me a mini. When I got to the window, she charged me $6.09 and didn’t give me a receipt. Tried to call today and asked for manager. She said no manager was there and I asked when and she told me tomorrow. She was very rude.

We came up from Ontario for my sons bday and they went above and beyond for his cake, I was told there was no cake decorator but she would do her best and she did amazing!!!

I asked the team at the Chatham Dairy Queen to make a custom birthday cake for my wife's upcoming birthday. I was amazed at what they created within my guidelines! This is not the first time they have made a great custom birthday cake for my wife, but this year they really aced it! Thank you Dairy Queen Chatham team, your efforts are really appreciated!

One of the main attributes of this dairy Queen location that I really enjoyed particularly is the location, it is right beside an intersection easy to get to, easy parking and the outdoor patio was exceptionally exquisite. The staff are very friendly and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at DQ Grill & Chill! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and efficient. The food was delicious and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from. The prices were reasonable and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this DQ Grill & Chill location for a quick tasty meal or a sweet treat. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent blizzards. I have the cotton candy blizzard that is limited time I believe and it is phenomenal
Grouchy lady took our order, couldn't sub what I wanted, I understand there's an upcharge for whipped cream but getting less ice cream because of it isn't ok, got peanut buster parfaits and they were ok but not worth the price for sure. Hadn't had one since I was a kid, and we were both disappointed. Save your money and go to marble slab instead.
