I ordered a crispy chicken burger and chicken strips tonight around 11:25 PM, and the burger was extremely disappointing. It was completely plain — just chicken and mayo, nothing else. The actual product looked nothing like the picture advertised, which is misleading. For the price, this was unacceptable. I expected much better quality and consistency from Harvey’s.

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Order arrived and I couldn’t even eat it because they made it with everything I DID NOT order, including something hot! I can’t eat spice so it went in the garbage and they wouldn’t even reimburse for the crap I got

I placed an app order, and because of my location at the time, it was accidentally sent to the wrong store. Lori the store manager and her team went above and beyond to help me correct the issue. They were understanding, respectful, and took the time to explain how the app works and what likely caused the location error. Their customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I had originally called the Wallaceburg location to ask if they could cancel or transfer the order to Chatham. Unfortunately, the person who answered was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help, simply telling me to “fix it in the app.”
For a positive experience, I highly recommend visiting the Chatham location.
