The food and service were both quick and fantastic. Everything was hot and fresh and well made. The only complaint I could give was that the dining room had a bunch of dirty tables that were yet to be cleaned. Aside from that the staff and food were fabulous! We got poutines today and they were fantastic! The fries were cooked perfectly, there was enough gravy to cover the fries and they use real cheese curds which is an absolute bonus! We will be back!

none of the order screens work, you have to order out of a book. everything is frozen in the bar lettuce/onions . You had to get ice at the order counter because theirs is not working. The pop machines were disgusting. Nothing has been cleaned in quite a while. you can tell by the state of the floors. The garbage was overflowing. so much improvement could be done here. very dissapointing. management needs to be relooked for sure.
I just had my first visit to Harvey’s, and it was one of the best experiences! The service was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. If you’re ever passing through Chatham, this spot is a must-visit. We definitely need more places like this in the U.S.!
Parking: If you are a visitor and want a safe place to park before exploring downtown. Make sure you ask the store before parking here and leaving. They are cool and friendly about it! 😁

I don't think that my burger was cooked. Ice cold. I believe that it was waved over the grill without actually touching a heat source. The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant.
