Food was bland. Chicken wings literally had no taste and there was powder on them possibly flour. A long wait to get the food and our water didn't come until right before we got our meal. Not much selection for Chinese restaurants in Chatham.

I have only tried the sweet and sour chicken balls and they are the best of any restaurants I have tried - 5 and counting. Chicken balls are crunchy, crispy and come in, good sized portions. Would prefer that the dipping sauce have some lemon peel or citrus to steer away from dye, sugar and vinegar. but few restaurants try to improve their sauce. Restaurant is unintentionally 50s style vintage and it is worth a visit just to enjoy a by gone era.

Hot food. We got the dinner for 2 and they gave enough food for lunch tomorrow. All the plates were full. The pics don't do this restaurant justice. :)

We had a 5 star takeout experience at Jade Garden, definitely underrated on google. We ordered the takeout special dinner for 5, great value, everything was delicious and super fresh. We found our new favourite Chinese food place!!!!

I ordered the Singapore noodles to be made with beef instead of chicken, she said that was okay on the phone. Picked up the food, it was made with chicken. I asked for the beef on the side or for it to be remade and she stated that they don’t do the Singapore noodles with beef, so I don’t know why I was told that it was fine on the phone, and then they couldn’t make up for their mistake. Just slightly disappointed with the customer service, and the food needs a bit more flavour. I would try this place again if the mistake was corrected properly!

Was extremely disappointed with the cost of our dinner. The costs have skyrocketed and they have decreased the portion size to half and still charging through the nose! I could understand if the portions were still the same and the price increase but we as a family will never go there again because it is a cash grab!We had 2 chicken fried rice, 1 loo mein, 1 s/s chicken balls, 1 s/s shrimp and 3 wonton soups costing $77.69! If I am going to pay that for Chinese food, I will be going to fine dining instead! Driving customers away is what you are doing. The only thing that was good was they were on time with the wait time. Very disappointed as I have been going there since the 80’s. Not anymore.

The food is really good. However, it seems every time I order from there the Noodles are always burnt. This is like the 8th time.
