The slab is not cold showed no signs of it and this was what was handed to me at the cost of $9.03 The ice cream or mix-in had a stale like taste as well Not my usual experience with a marble slab location but definitely will not be returning to this one anytime soon

The ice cream sandwich was good and pretty big. I didn't expect an $8 sandwich to be prepackaged in plastic though. Also got pretty messy quickly as the cookies started breaking off and crumbling.

Walked in at 8:52pm-closed at 9pm. Jay was PHENOMENAL. He was so kind. Another couple walked in after us. Someone called, he answered very politely, the person was running late and wanted to know if they could still come to pick up their order. Jay of course said yes. 10/10 recommend Jay at Marble Slab.

Somehow a simple combo order once again turned into an impossible task. I ordered a combo and was given just the burger with no fries. I had to circle back around through and go through the drive through a second time. Of course because mcdonalds doesn't believe in treating their customers well and have no concept of customer service anymore nowadays the only thing they give you for wasting your time is just the fry they forgot. Mcdonalds is a disaster
