Match Eatery & Public House - Chatham

Was craving a salad in Chatham today, so I tried Match and am I ever happy I did. Chicken with all the salad stuff, with goat cheese and a bunch of delicious additives and I 💯 will be back. Stacie the bartender took great care of me, she said it was her fave salad and I can see why, thanks Stacie!!

Terrible. This is third time here. Wife and friend got there at 5:30. Said they have people coming (myself and another) but going to eat first as i had already eaten and ordered. In 1.5 hrs the waitress came back once after being asked why the food was taking so long. They got their food just before 7....... waitress passed off to another when they complained of the long time and said they told her they were waiting on friends which was not the case.
Third times a charm. Last time giving them a chance. Way better places in town to spend a couple hundred. Better service and food at a local pub.

Recently went to this location for a work party. The food and service was awesome. There was a little confusion with a poutine order. So I would advise to pay attention to what you are receiving and if you ordered such item(s).

Friend and I ate here.
I ordered fish and chips. The coleslaw was old/rotten took one bite and knew not to eat the rest.
Friend got the steak and he was sick the following day.

Called to discuss the matter - was told a manager would call me back - never got a call back.

Bad experience - I don’t recommend.

I have never been to a Canafian restaurant that did not have Molson Canadian. They also did not have Coors light or Richard's Red. Go somewhere else for good beer

Went there for Thanksgiving staff was nice polite. Food was no good. It tasted like a tv dinner not what it should of been. Called to let them know and was told someone would call be back and of course nobody did this was on October 15 2024 and still nothing. So in closing they usually have great food but come on tv dinners for what they claimed a good home cooked meal not a chance. Last time I go there for a long time.

Stopped in on a business trip.

Had the perfect spicy teaser.. then got my food.. the homecut fries are amazing and the clubhouse sandwich hit the mark perfectly.

The perfect balance of delicious goodness all in one bite!!! This might be the best Clubhouse I have ever had!!!!

Waitress was really nice, but the food was pretty bad and not what was expected.
Ordered the 6oz NY steak medium rare. The steak was 3oz if I was lucky and it was medium/well done.
The only upside is my jaw is a bit more chiseled after chewing through the steak.

Amazing! Best steak sandwich and ceaser salad I have had my wife loved the pasta as well
