Decided to take my husband to the Match for a Father's Day meal. He was looking forward to a spicy meal, and we had a reservation for 2pm on Sunday. After we ordered, we were advised they did not have the BBQ Chicken Jalapeno Popper Dip. That was what my husband was mostly looking forward to the most. Why would they have it on the menu if they do not even have it available? At least place some take or something over it, or advise customers as they hand out the menu. Also, why have it on the menu on the internet? If we knew they did not have it available, we would have chosen a different restaurant to visit. Aside from not having the item available on the menu, the Nashville Hot Chicken Fingers were good, but for $16 the 3 tenders were quite small. The 3 Roasted Chicken Birria Quesadilla's were quite small also, for $19.50. Overall, we were both disappointed, as usual with the Match. I don't think we have eaten there one time when everything went well, and as planned, without some type of hiccup, or screwup.

Neon James was out server! Nice name tag! He was very personable, polite and positive! He was attentive but not in a busy or overly intrusive way. He turned out to be my lucky charm as I never win at the slots but thanks to his well wishes and a firm handshake we walked out of the Casino up $260! I dropped back in and gave him a $20 to share in the good luck and new found wealth. Great job James! We will ask for you personally next time we dine there.

Had nacho platter is was the worst thing I have ever had ask for meat they ,put the smallest amount had to,ask,where the meat was so they brought a bowel of meat out and it was nasty even the onion soup tasted like water down French onion soup barely any chesse way over priced for what u get
Never even offered a discount for how bad it was even the waiter said he just throw it together i would never go back there if u payed me

The service is very friendly! The food service was quite slow and if you're a wine drinkers then you won't be happy with the mark up on wine. I paid $21 for a glass of Chilean wine( so reasonably priced at the LCBO) my friend has a glass of ONTARIO wine at $17.50. This mark up is outrageous. Portion sizes are getting smaller- especially the Alfredo pasta dish. Very small.

We made a reservation for 4pm on Mothers Day. Several tables were served before we were. When she's when we would get served we were told they were “short staffed” but yet there were at least 4 ppl with badges walking around. Chelsea was great and told us she would serve us. Limited menu becasue they were “short staffed” so we weren't even offered the supposed “Italian menu” that was to run from April to end of May. We decided to utilize the 1/2 price wine since it was before 5:30. Kicked out of the casino for being “inebriated” but yet short staffed for dinner! We were tipsy but not inebriated. My aunt refuses to use a walker even though she should. I was beside her the entire time and as a nurse I was watching her the best I could. We've eaten at Match before and been happy but it was definitely not up to par on Mother's Dqy Sunday.

We sat for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. I finally told the greeter. The waitress forgot a tea, we waited over an hour for our food & it was tasteless. The chicken was dry & over cooked. The waitress never came to see if we liked our food. I had to wave down another waitress to get our bill. I ran into a friend(table of six) & she felt the service was horrible. They left half of their food. The Match did not charge them for anything. Not a good experience.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago to play some pool and have a few beers. The place itself is nice but the pool cues were so warped and had no tips. Asked about it and just got the run around until the person disappeared.

Our sever was amazing. She was friendly and helpful. Gave great travel tips. Food was excellent. It's a holiday so it was quiet.

Our go to place for dinner, food always great, service always outstanding , thank you Olivia!!
