It's a McDonalds, it's clean, BUT COUNT YOUR CHICKEN NUGGETS! Twice now I have stopped there (a month apart) and both times only got 9 nuggets in stead of 10. And yes I had to wait awhile for my take out order, like many others have said.

Wow, such bad service this morning August 6,2024 by the older female employee at the drive thru window. She was so unprofessional and displayed no courtesy at all. She had long light colored hair in a ponytail with glasses and was wearing a blue shirt..which is a manager's uniform?? I'm shocked if she is a manager because she definitely did not act like one. I ordered through the app and although my payment did go through through Google Pay, when I went through the drive thru she claimed that it that my payment didn't go through, which is weird, because I have a high limit and I don't spend much on my card and I went thru Google Pay and it worked. So then I said to maybe if you scan the QR Code in the app, will that work? She acted like she didn't know and didnt even want to try. And she said, in a very snotty way that she doesnt know. She said I dont know. I didnt make the App?. So I said, yeah, but you work here and youre supposed to know how to handle payment when the app fails. And then she just gave me a dirty look and walked away from the window for a minute... I don't know what she was doing, but she walked away and then she finally came back and I told her I'll use my physical card and it went through. McDonald's is usually really good with customer service, at least in Canada, so I don't know what her problem was, but I definitely do not want to come back and the thing is that I rarely rarely maybe once a year or even less than that get breakfast at McDonald's, but I decided to go today and wow that that woman working there was very rude. She needs training or to work in the back, not around customers.

Ate there, food good, unfortunately my wife works there and knows when I'm eating the good food. I'm glad it's not 24 hours. I'm also happy to pull ahead in a parking spot.... if I wasn't I'd go inside like a normal person and not complain. Stop reading this Sarah. I love Tina.

Truckie review : Stopped here 2,3 times. Fresh burgers but fries, Kind and friendly staff. Good food.
They close at 11pm, which is reasonable because of its location. Its a great option down the road when ON routes have no food and this place is a blessing for truckers.

Service is very slow. They advertised that they are open 24hours but when you arrive it's closed and a note on the door says 6-11. Also all the signage is marked as open 24 hours.
Food is average to less for a McDonalds. Honestly take the extra 10 minutes and drive to the other McDonalds location in Chatham. You will be happy you did. Very dissapoitting.....wouldn't recommend.

If when I check on Google, it says you’re open 24 hours and I drive to your restaurant and it has a sign on the front that says 24 hours when I get there at 5:30 in the morning the place shouldn’t be closed. The drive-through shouldn’t have Cones at the entrance so I can’t go in 24 hours should be 24 hours or take down the damn sign and edit your Google listing.
The cleanest and nicest McDonald’s we’ve ever visited. The order was 100% accurate, prepared quickly and was fresh and hot. The Poutine was absolutely delicious and better than I’ve had in many situations down dining establishments.

The best service we’ve had at a McDonald’s. We had our dog with us in the car going through the drive through and the ladies offered him a treat and a pup cup and added a second dog treat with our food. The ladies were all incredibly friendly and their kindness really brightened our day.

This McDonald’s is awesome for a McDonald’s in the sense that the food is always hot and fresh. The downside to that is that they never have anything ready at the window food wise so you’re always asked to pull into a secondary spot if you order food and it does take a while to come out, so it’s great for fresh food, not so great if you’re in a rush.My issue with them now is they advertise being open 24 hours on their site, on their signage at the store and on the app. We’ve been through wanting a coffee at 12:30am and also 1:30am in the last month and they’ve been closed with no notice or signs anywhere explaining what’s going on. So this issue is with management for not letting your customers know what’s happening and wasting our time.
