In the past month, I have been to this establishment on Richmond Street three times Of the course the food is always delicious. The workers are always friendly and always get my order right but unfortunately I have given a bad review because I have been there like I said three times in the last month and nobody is at the building if you are going to be changing your hours and closing early which I do understand if you’re not busy, but then you need to update your hours on your website every time I have been there you have been closed by 8 o’clock even though it says through the week 9 o’clock I was even there on Thursday night says 10 o’clock and you were gone by 8 o’clock
Bad attitude from the counter person, the skinny girl is more friendly and kind, the other girl is very rude and harsh when taking the order

Great Mr. Sub! The ladies working were very friendly. This was the cleanest Mr. Sub I’ve ever been in. Everywhere was spotless. Love the giant sliced pickles!

I would love a sub for lunch while I'm at work. But nobody answers phone!!!! Can't order food!!! Not impressed that now another take out restaurant is off my list of places able to order from due to this only online ordering crap!!! Thanks for nothing!! Only sub place i like and now I can't even get it... guess I will eat pizza or Chinese every work day . Only places that answer phone!!! Ps.. I was a regular weekly customer
