4/26/25 @ 1:00pm, the 2 ladies working today were being hammered inside and at the drive-thru. I waited till they cleared up the back log. Then they made me a awesome sub. Thank you very much!

A huge rave for today May 29th at 12-1230. The 3 women working were amazing! They were so busy, yet they were polite and their teamwork was impeccable!! They were working as fast as they could to keep the flow going and as far I could tell, everything was made 100% right!!!

I usually go out of my way for Mr Sub, but this was not it. The lettuce was refilled while making my sub and it was all yellow. The flavour seemed off and the ladies working, granted they were doing their job but there was nothing to it. Didn’t offer drinks or ask if I wanted chips. Just assumed I was paying for my friend’s sand which and gave me a total. Had her correct it. Then we ate in the car. Was disappointed. Hopefully my usual go-to opens soon! Google didn’t say they were closed or anything when we got off the 401 and I was determined to get my sub and tried this. Won’t be back to this one

Been 5 times, subs great but get eye rolls, n complete ignorance no smile, no nothing come the customer service! Argues, bangs stuff then talks to counter girl in other language and the laugh, but little do they know I am aware of what is being said This girl hatttttes her job! My grandma, and friends several times now, great subs, horrible customer service!

Always come to this location in Chatham as they have the best subs by far. They are professional, clean and always take the time to perfectly make your sub just the way you want it. Don't let this Mr. Sub location fool you because it's connected to an Esso station. It is worth it all around!
Best Sub place around. Workers know their customers and know how to have fun while they work. They have Big Smiles everytime I walk in the door!!
