There were 3 ladies working and they worked as a great team, helped each other with hiw things should be done, made the pitas perfectly and wasnt sloppy or scrimping on the toppings. They were perfect and all of them were friendly and welcoming. They even double checked their online orders twice to make sure they made them right. These girls are what all customer service departments need to emulate! Amazing service ladies! You made my night 🥰

I was in tonight for a pita, the one lady that was a little older had to repeatedly tell the young girl to get the next order going, no she went into the back to text someone then came out and did 1 little thing and went to the washroom, not even long enough to go, looked like she was heading back to her phone when the older lady told her get the next or going, the older lady had to be at her over and over to do something, not far to her...the older lady was so sweet

Outstanding service and delicious food! We ordered a platter for 12 people for a workplace meeting, and everything from start to finish was exceptional. The food was fresh and flavourful. Customer service was top-notch: friendly, helpful, and professional. Delivery was perfectly on time, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ll definitely be ordering again. My first meal gluten free, the staff was amazing with my dietary needs. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I must say my pita was well made, and the care taken to make sure nothing would cross contaminate my meal was exceptional! Well done Pita Pit Chatham!

2 lovely women employees were working the night we came in. We came in around 8pm, it was very slow and they satisfied our cravings!! Will be returning in the future because of all the quality ingredients, amazing customer service, and the cleanest quick service ever!!
