At first we called the store to place order and to see if there was any specials. The man left us on hold for over 20 minutes and didn't come back on the phone. I then placed and paid for order 5:39pm. At 6:08 PM tracked my order and it said that order was out on delivery and would take 45 minutes for delivery. I live 900m which is three minute drive from my house. I didn't want to pick up as it was the holiday and I had kids that I was watching. I called the store and got a female manager and I asked her why would a three minute drive takes 45 for delivery and her attitude was the worst encounter ever. I tried to explain to her that he behavior was not professional and that she should change her tone. She went on to say that they only had four drivers and that they were behind on the delivery. I told her that the website/app should have advised of the delay giving me the option if I wanted to wait. She went on to yell at me over the phone that she will cancel my order that I was banded from the store. I then had load all the kids in the vehicle and went to the store with my c/card for a refund. At first she refused to speak with me, then she came out and I present her with my c/card and asked for a refund. She went on to say that it will take 5-7 business days for a refund. I asked for proof that the order was cancelled which she gave me a receipt my order total was $96. I told her that she lack managers and started to leave when she started yelling at the top of her voice while there were customers in the store. I then went back in the store and explained the reason why I was there and my frustration to the customers she tried to lied to. Again, instead of apologizing to me she again became very ignorant and rude and reiterate that I was banned from the store. I am banned because of her lack of understanding, professionalism as a manager.

The white tall guy who was at the counter does not know how to speak to customers. He needs to go school to learn some manners. Store manager has to look in this matter seriously otherwise this guy will misbehaved with everyone and pizza hut will loose all the customers. Super disappointed! AVOID VISITING THEM! THEY ARE TRASH! Poor customer service.

Out of town customer and frequent Pizza Hut customer. Found this store had very poor service, long wait. Pizza was way undercooked - doughy and not the kind of pizza we ordered. Should have looked at it prior to leaving my mistake. When I saw the condition of the kitchen I should have walked out, but I had already ordered. Would have returned it if it wasn't for the 40 minute round trip do do it. I complained to Pizza Hut and was offered a coupon which is useless were I live. Apparently a different group of franchises. Well, I'm now buy all my pizzas from New Orleans. Better pizza by far.
