Pizza was absolutely delicious. Cooked to perfection. Adrian took the order and was very friendly. Upon pick up Adrian got my pizza for me. He was professional and very nice. I was very happy with the pizza and the service. Highly recommend Chatham Pizza Hut.

Just had take out from this location tonight. Adrian took care of me at the counter. He was very friendly and professional. Great customer service skills. In the past we have had some sub-par pizzas from here, but tonight they were also great.

The food “fries” and bread sticks were cold while the small pizza was hot. The fries were in the box already on the counter waiting for the pizza when I walked in, and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. The service here for the last two visits was not satisfactory. My favorite customer service guy that works there was not there tonight (Adrian I think is his name). This place suffers when he’s not there, especially in customer service. Those are my cold fries sitting on the counter.

Absolutely useless phone service. I couldn't even call to complain about the delivery driver leaving the food on the ground In the snow without knocking. Thankfully we saw the headlights from the vehicle to realize the food was there. I wish I could cancel the tip.
