I really would love to see dinein being offered again not ordering at the front and having them bring your food in boxes that could be used on plates it is such a waste of cardboard not good fir the environment ?

Ordered delivery. Have never had an issue in past and always tip driver well (including this time). Order did not arrive. I called and after being provided with several ‘non-solutions’ (and basically being called fat by the person in the line - who doesn’t know me), I was finally advised I would get a refund. Refund never came. When I called back I kept getting the run around and was even hung up on. I was always calm, but firm in that I would accept nothing short of my money back, since I received no product, or delivery service.I even tried reaching out to head office, but no luck. Eventually had to file dispute with credit card company, which takes time. I am out a not insignificant amount of money for a product I never received, from a ‘reputable’ company.I understand that errors happen, but the lack of customer service in fixing the problem has been astonishing. Will never order from here again because of this - their lack of management service. Disappointing.

We went in to place a take out order last weekend, seemed like they were wrapping up for the night, so I felt like I was a bother when I realized, but without hesitation the staff instantly helped us. I never got his name, but our receipt said "The Top G". Hands down one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. He was so pleasant and helpful from the moment we walked in, doing his best to make polite conversation and help us find the best menu options and available deals. Took our order after giving us a minute to think it over. We went out to our car to wait for the 15 min cook time, at 12 mins he brought our pizza out to us. I'm from Toronto, and I've never had that level of customer service in my life. He genuinely cared about our experience.

Super cool manager and office staff. Been getting take out from here for a while and had very few complications. The staff doesn't seem at all bothered by order update checks form the customer, and is super friendly.
