I love red swan pizza, EXCEPT THIS ONE location. This is the second time I’ve experienced the same issue at the same location, and I’ve never had it at any other location. When I ordered through Uber Eats, there is no option to add extra mushrooms. I love mushrooms and in the “special request” section asked for extra mushrooms, since there wasn’t another option. It says I can get extra charges for the special requests and I’m okay with paying extra if I get what I asked for, but when I got the pizza, there were five mushroom pieces for six slices pizza. Even ignoring the extra mushrooms request, there weren’t enough to begin with!!! I won’t be ordering from this location again, and THIS LOcATION is ruining the brand’s reputation.

First time I had it, it was awesome. I couldn't wait to try it again. I ordered it last week and it was the shits. I don't know what was on it but it tasted burnt. If it's Pizza sauce or the cheese, something was off. I emailed them also to see if they would do anything. And I still haven't heard anything. And this was last week, so I won't be ordering again!

Very clean customer area inside . Staff is very friendly and polite. Amazing pizza very good from a non pizza loving person have to say I enjoyed my personal sized pizza bonus they run special often . Purchased 4 personal 8 inch pies for 13 $ . Bonus they freeze well and that makes lunch time quick an easy when in a rush . 5 stars

Phone pick up it was great fast friendly service. As much as they made an error on my pizza they made the correct pizza as well and gave me both. So this is my first experience and it turns out it was an excellent experience. We ordered a quesadilla and I wouldn't necessarily recommend that, because it needs to be a little larger and stuffed a little better. But the pizza was tasty hot fresh fast
