Disappointed with Starbucks decision to no longer carry lactose free milk. Oat milk and almond milk aren't options for us. Have to say goodbye as long time customers.

Horrible service not sure why the girls there are such rude people like if you’re gonna work in customer service at least act like you care about the customer you’re serving that’s paying eight dollars for a drink. I expect better service than what I got from them. Won’t be back to this location and the supervisor attitude was just as worse as the people she’s training so I see where they’re getting it from.

Starbucks , you need to do better at this location . The staff , are some of the unfriendliest I’ve met . Literally the vibe of a Tim Hortons , not a Starbucks . I’m not forced to go to Starbucks . I choose to , but I certainly won’t be choosing this location anymore . Starbucks Grand Ave should be teaching these people how it’s done . 🙌

Tried the new summer berry blue lemonade refresher. It's really pretty and very fresh tasting! Was a nice surprise to get Boba at Starbucks.

Something has changed with the staff in this Starbucks location. Over the last few years I have picked up a latte while visiting family in the area. Today, April14,2024 at 315pm there were three staff members present that seemed to be very stressed. The energy was certainly not welcoming. I have been a Starbucks consumer in various locations for about 20 years and never had this experience. The management should take note.

Little disappointed in service recently. The older employees who have been there a while are always super friendly and greet me as I come in so this isn't about them at all. The newer ones, however, act like I don't exist when I walk into the building. I never stay long enough in the building to get an accurate read on the atmosphere but it seems fine.
