I prefer this location over the other one. They’re usually always so friendly. The afternoon staff are my afternoon and evening staff are my favourite, they do better jobs at making drinks. Only complaint was me going to this location with my daughter on her birthday. She just turned 5 and all she wanted was her Frappuccino. I asked about the free drink and the worker says “does she have the app” she’s 5… of course not. I would have provided her health card. Last year they gave her one for free, so I was a little disappointed.
Definitely stands up to its name as Starbucks. Walking into a place like this brings those "feels" of welcoming bliss of coming home. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area, the barista workers are amazing and they know their menu very well.

Vegetarian options: Not a great selection
Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies, beware. Some of the products' ingredient list is not available. You will be referred to the corporate phone number, and they will ask what specific food or beverage you would like info on and to list your allergies. They don't have ingredient lists for new or temporary items!
Parking: If you drive a larger vehicle it is an awkward lot.

They get three stars because the staff are awesome, friendly and quick to make your order. The problem is they are always out of things we want, cold brews and Nitro coffees. It's a first world problem for sure. Order what they have in stock and you'll have a good experience here

Food and drinks were great. Horrible customer service from the person order taking/ cashing out. Got attitude when ordering and resonses such as mhm and yep while I was ordering. My drinks were not super complex but I feel like because I didn’t order somthing simple she was upset??? Did ask my drink size till I got to the window and when I corrected her from grande like she asked if it was and when I said no venti She just shut the window. The stclair Starbucks is so much better

When me and my friend were here, this older guy kept talking to us leaning closer to us. One of the workers (Julia) helped me and my friend get out of it. She reassured us that we could always ask for help and that she understands how scary a situation like that could be. She talked to us for only a few minutes and even after that short time I felt a lot better. She saw me and my friend getting uncomfortable and was string at the man who left shortly after she started staring at him. If Julia sees this I want her to know how much this meant to me and my friend and how meaningful this was to me and my friend. So thank you Julia so much for your help and support! ? ? ?
