The barista argued with me and how this was considered light ice. Gave attitude when making the new drink, and didn’t make it correctly the second time either. This isn’t the first time they’ve been like this either.

I recently ordered through the drive-thru at your grand ave location before 6 pm and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The staff member taking my order showed no initiative and sounded unhappy and unfriendly, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

More seriously, I noticed what appeared to be a hair (possibly pubic) on the outside of my drink cup. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable.

Waited 15 minutes for a walk in tea. (I know… first world problems) but it’s the attitude. When I asked politely about my order (as I’ve had orders “forgotten” before) rudely told it’s in the cue. Not one staff member made eye contact nor smiled. Apparently I should have taken the drive through or ordered ahead as they clearly take precedence. Sorry Starbucks - I’m with the other posters. I’ll give my money to local coffee shops with less attitude next time.

Stopped to pick up my mobile order this afternoon. Ordered at 4:34 and it says on app it would be ready by 4:42. I reached there 4:41 and stood near the pickup counter. It was very busy during that time which I totally agree but the disappointment was one of the girls behaviour. I stood there till 4:55. She didn’t even pay attention towards me or took any effort to confirm my order or sorry for delay; nothing at all. While I was standing there, one time I tried to ask about my order and without even listening to me she rudely said you can see we are very busy! I was just checking in with my order. Lastly, gave my order very rudely without saying anything and not even a sorry for making me wait 15 mins. Worst customer service ever. Would prefer other Chatham location for sure.

Apparently they dumped out what was left to make my drink and then told that they can’t make it anymore and I have to pick something else but limits what I can change it to, why not tell me when I’m ordering instead of waiting until the absolute last second not going to this one anymore.

Refused to place a tiny sticky plastic stopper/tab on my large coffee to keep it warm, says they are reserved for deliveries Only! Cheap behaviour!

Not sure why the staff was so rude in the drive through. Handed me the drinks without saying a word and when asked for the receipt she said look in the app. No smile and a very negative tone. I will not go back and would rather support a local cafe who appreciates the business

I prefer this location over the other one. They’re usually always so friendly. The afternoon staff are my afternoon and evening staff are my favourite, they do better jobs at making drinks. Only complaint was me going to this location with my daughter on her birthday. She just turned 5 and all she wanted was her Frappuccino. I asked about the free drink and the worker says “does she have the app” she’s 5… of course not. I would have provided her health card. Last year they gave her one for free, so I was a little disappointed.
