Have been going to the same subway weekly for years. Was so nice to have the customer service and smiles . We used to look forward to coming to this subway. I can’t say the same anymore.The last month everything has gone down hill from service behind the counter to portion sizes is TERRIBLE. Will be looking for a new subway.

Will NOT be returning to this location. This subway used to be our favorite in town ... Owen was amazing, so sad he's no longer there! However, since the new owners took over it's awful. Staff don't listen, don't care and do a poor job. Hardly any toppings put on sub (despite asking for more), super rushed, and no care taken on making the food. Out of many items. Horrible customer service!! It's sad to see this store go downhill so quickly. Definitely miss the old owners and staff. :(

New workers were on their personal phones and did not seem like they had much/any training. The girl grilled my wrap in the paper and now it’s stuck. I like Elijah. He works quickly and has great customer service.

Everything was great in this store until June when the New Owners took over! Warm veggies cause they have not fixed the unit they go in , A/C don’t work they changed the expiration labels on the meat and veggies cause they don’t wanna waste food! Look out you may get sick! The list goes on ! Will not be back ! Good luck to employees

Mother's day Sunday 1130am a lady with short hair was our sandwich artist and a true artist she was! best subway sub I've had in 10+ years she did not disappoint was super nice and when making the sub she didn't skimp us like every other subway! if the owner sees this that lady needs a raise
Had the worst experience at this Subway the guy working there was unbelievably rude with zero customer service. I simply asked if I could make some changes to my order, and his response was full of attitude. The girl at the counter seemed totally confused, and when she asked him for help, he responded rudely again. They made the sub with such a bad attitude, and it definitely showed in the final result. Definitely not worth your time — go to any other Subway in the city instead.

Great fast service and good food. Elijah greeted every customer and made them feel welcomed. Acknowledging customers when they were leaving to wish them a good night. Definitely makes it much nicer to dine somewhere with staff like that.

I go to subway probably 5 out of 7 days of the week. Unfortunately tonight was my last time at the Keil Drive location I was waiting in line behind a gentleman. The kid at the counter made his sub no problem. Cashed him out, ok that's normal. Then he takes out this big long receipt, 8 buns and says I'll be with you shortly. No one else in the store but me. I said you have to make all of those first? He said yes sorry. I said no problem and left. Too bad but I'll go elsewhere, maybe even Mr sub!

We had supper here last night. Our servers name was Owen and we received STELLAR Customer Service. He was extremely busy and was the ONLY one working in the store. Subway should really have another person working at times especially when the have the orders from the APP. Owen was a pro and provided excellent customer service BUT it would have been nice if he had help. He still took care of the customers but I felt bad he was the only one there. Subway is LUCKY that Owen handled himself so well because a lot of people might not have been able to do so. I didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for our subs when the server had a great attitude. That is one job I would NEVER want. Thanks Owen. I hope a manager reads this and you get Kudos.
