Great fast service and good food. Elijah greeted every customer and made them feel welcomed. Acknowledging customers when they were leaving to wish them a good night. Definitely makes it much nicer to dine somewhere with staff like that.

I go to subway probably 5 out of 7 days of the week. Unfortunately tonight was my last time at the Keil Drive location I was waiting in line behind a gentleman. The kid at the counter made his sub no problem. Cashed him out, ok that's normal. Then he takes out this big long receipt, 8 buns and says I'll be with you shortly. No one else in the store but me. I said you have to make all of those first? He said yes sorry. I said no problem and left. Too bad but I'll go elsewhere, maybe even Mr sub!

We had supper here last night. Our servers name was Owen and we received STELLAR Customer Service. He was extremely busy and was the ONLY one working in the store. Subway should really have another person working at times especially when the have the orders from the APP. Owen was a pro and provided excellent customer service BUT it would have been nice if he had help. He still took care of the customers but I felt bad he was the only one there. Subway is LUCKY that Owen handled himself so well because a lot of people might not have been able to do so. I didn’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for our subs when the server had a great attitude. That is one job I would NEVER want. Thanks Owen. I hope a manager reads this and you get Kudos.

Tired of ordering from ur store threw skip the dishes and I specifically put in the instructions box that I want one line of chipotle and every time it's almost like ur workers do it cause they know it's threw skip the dishes and we're not their to see it but they drown my sub in sauce !!!! Get ur employees in line !!!!!

Had a wonderful experience at this subway tonight thanks to Eli! I came in about 30 minutes before close and he had a little rush of people. When he got to me he thanked me for my patience as well as made conversation. My sub was great as well, but I was just super impressed with the excellent service from Eli! Great job!

Shout out to Owen, the best sandwich maker subway has EVER seen. If I see Owen working when I go in I KNOW I’m getting the best sandwich of my goddam life. Give Owen a raise, he’s a pro at customer service, polite, Patient, and overall the best subway worker in Chatham. I’m telling all my friends to go to this subway and have Owen make them their sub. 10/10, you’re the OG Owen.

Picked up a footlong suprimo, brought it home and the bread was completely stale and hard. NOT impressed. I called them to let them know about it and the girl on the phone said thank you and that was the end of the conversation.
