If you are looking for a place with healthy and tasty food this is your spot to go. If you call ahead then can have the food ready for pick up. Favourite items from the menu are the cauliflower wrap and the black bean burger. They have a good selection of vegetarian options.

Tiff catered our meal for 9 people tonight and everyone raved about how good it was! We had a hearty lasagna and gorgeous salad and there was plenty of food to go around!Tiff was easy to communicate with, gave me options for our dinner, and made suggestion for what she thought might work best for my group. I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful meal, highly recommend Tiff for your catering needs!(Plus her every day lunches and fresh juices are delish too!)

The is a great little spot on king st, holding around 10-11 seats. Service was fantastic and with a smile and the food was very good. Decent smaller menu but also a variety of smoothly protein drinks as well.
