It was my first time here and I wasn't impressed....the coffee was so watered down and cold ..she gave us another cup which was hot this tume but it tasted the same, like there was no coffee in it....the waitress made a comment about the coffee pot and how old it was...I say if your going to serve coffee then make sure it is made properly ..the service and wrap was sub par and they actually charged us for the coffee that we didn't drink ..I will not go back bor recommend

Our server was amazing though being during Christmas break they where out of a few menu items he offered other options & was very knowledgeable!
The food was 10 out of 10 amazing ... there fried Brussels sprouts ... AMAZING!
Chris the owner, was a sweetheart... they have an event space that I have seen them use many times as a themed restaurant & it was decked out as Frostys for Christmas... this place is Family Friendly, & fun with the the taste of quality that cant be beat I strongly recommend this place & can't wait to go back!

Our waitress Ashley was the best! Amazing vibes! Always down to clown
The whole experience at frostys garden was a joke. The furniture is like someone cleared out their grandma’s basement with chairs a grown man would be uncomfortable sitting in. ( my hubby thought they were old school chairs). High top tables were just as bad with most chairs wobbly. The cheap stretchy fabric on all the chairs made them even more uncomfortable and increased your chances of just sliding off the chair. The overly garish lighting was sometimes blinding if you were unlucky enough to get sat in the wrong spot. We left before even looking at the menu.

We gave The Garden/Frosty’s (shared kitchen, same owner) in Chatham two chances, dining there twice in two days, and both experiences were frustrating.
On our first visit, our server had to repeatedly check with the owner for very basic requests upgrading a cocktail to premium liquor and adding chicken to a meal for our child. Nothing could be decided at the table, which made the experience feel rigid and uncomfortable.
The second visit was worse. After ordering a bowl with add chicken and add steak, we were told about 30 minutes later that we could not add the side steak to our bowl because it was for our child, despite it being on the menu as an add on. We found this ludicrous and the sever told us if we had not mentioned it was for our child we could have ordered it! When we asked to speak with the owner (who was also cooking), they refused to come out. Instead, the server relayed that it would be “allowed this one time” and that we should order from the kids’ menu in the future.
This was especially frustrating since the kids’ menu is entirely deep-fried food, and we were simply trying to add a basic healthy protein option for our child. We would have gladly of paid whatever the cost would have been to achieve this.
Both servers were visibly uncomfortable and apologetic, clearly not empowered to make even small decisions. Based on how they spoke, it felt like a tense, non-empowering environment, which may explain the high staff turnover mentioned.
The lack of flexibility, poor communication, and refusal of the owner to engage with guests overshadowed everything. Hospitality starts at the top, and unfortunately it was missing here. We won’t be back and advise any parent seeking an alternative from their grease filled kids menu to avoid this place.

Went to Frostys on King.
So much fun. Perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit. The holiday drink menu is extensive, with lots of fun options.
The menu is limited due to the size of the venue no doubt, but food was excellent.

I had my birthday party here and everything was wonderful. The food, our server, I think her name is Mattie, was great. We were in the Frosty room and the decor was beautiful. We all ordered something different and it was served together, even though there was ten of us. We got a group picture taken.
Went to vist the new frosty. No where posted saying you needed a reservation. Waited an half hour standing there not being noticed . To be told this. Then headed to the garden where we arrived at 730. We didn’t eat til 915 . Waited SO LONG
