I like this Tim Horton's very much. I dont normally but Tim's stuff but I had to go a few times to buy for someone else and they are polite and give good service. Their donuts are super super fresh...almost like what it used to be in the 1980s.

Terrible experience at Tim Hortons last night. I went in to order a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and was first told the machine was being cleaned at 3 a.m. and I should wait about 30 minutes. I actually waited, and then after all that, they told me they wouldn’t be making it at all because they stop at 3 every day.
This is completely ridiculous. Why tell a customer to wait if you already know you’re not going to serve food after 3? Total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. If that’s the policy, it should be clear upfront instead of misleading people.
