Last review Too strict customers! I hope the owner gets all this data they desperately need to make proper changes. To the owner, I am sorry we had to make an example of this location, but it is the central Timmies people come to. Fine, then I say allow your customers and workers to tear down the foundation that Mr. Horton left behind as a legacy.
I have been going to Timmies all my life. Worked at Timmies for 7 years. Will always love it Timmies. This location was the first time I ever felt the need to actually 1 Star it. I had to go back to get my Iced Coffee with a shot of espresso in it fixed because there was no espresso in it. At the window they insisted they had put it in, suggested that if I can’t taste it I should ask for two shots all while passively aggressively thanking me for choosing their location.
