I ordered a simple cheese flatbread pizza, but what I received was very disappointing. The pizza was covered in thick, uneven patches of plain tomato sauce with very little cheese, and the overall presentation looked unfinished. The taste was unpleasant, almost stale, as if it had been sitting out for some time. This was far from the quality expected when ordering something as basic as a cheese flatbread pizza.

The washroom was filthy, reflecting neglect over several days/ weeks. The floor had long-standing dirt; the mirror was clouded with dried water spots. The toilet needed a thorough scrub. There were discarded paper napkins everywhere and the walls/ door had black marks. The restaurant was no cleaner. There was a very foul odor in the main foyer area. The glass doors leading into the restaurant were smothered in smears and handprints. The floors were filthy. Wall decor ( in particular, the large picture of Tim Horton) was caked with smudges and dust.
It took over 8 minutes to get a toasted bagel, and it wasn't even toasted properly. It was cold and doughy, and the butter hadn't even melted.
This place needs a manager who can show leadership and delegate effectively. Employees need further training on food preparation and restaurant cleanliness.

Worst Pizza Experience Ever

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had one of the most disappointing food experiences of my life.

Order:
• Chicken Parmesan Flatbread
• Cheese Flatbread
• XL Orange Pekoe Steeped Tea (cream, sugar)
• Hot Chocolate with Whipped Topping
• Timbits Birthday Cake

The chicken pizza was awful — unpleasant smell like spoiled chicken, undercooked, and both pizzas weren’t even cut, making them hard to separate. The taste and smell were so bad I’ve lost all interest in pizza.

By far my worst dining experience ever. I will never order pizza from this Tim Hortons branch again. Store management must take food quality seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

There is this very rude and disrespectful old deff lady that goes there litteraly always, and on camp day of all days while the news was there they maid me and my girlfriend who are both paying customers as well as struggling and homeless currently leave. Discrimination against people who struggle but claim to want to help children who struggle.... I call bs 🫡 that being said thanks for the 3 wrist bands hope you guys enjoy my name on your wall as well, won't be donating again I tell you that much.

The staff here are so friendly. It’s always a welcoming environment with fast service when I get my morning coffee! Love this restaurant

Went through the drive-thru around 2 AM with friends to order 4 drinks. The service was extremely slow — took almost 30 minutes just to place our order. The staff member was very rude, didn’t listen properly, and refused to scan our rewards app. We’ve always ordered original iced coffee with vanilla syrup, but she kept insisting it was something else and got confused when we tried to clarify. Overall, a really frustrating and disappointing experience.
