Absolutely love Turns & Tales. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the environment super friendly. While we were meeting there the facility hosted a local Girl Guide group and the staff were so friendly and welcoming to the young group, it was impressive.
We signed up for an event to learn Spirit Island at Turns & Tales. Colin was excellent and had the game set up and ready for us - that was already worth the price! He was extremely helpful and we would absolutely sign up for another learn-to-play event. The food was excellent and we found lots of books and new pens in the bookstore.
It's intimidating trying to pick a new board game to purchase. It's fun to come here and try out the games in their large selection! The Mingles Game Nights have been a great way to meet new people and play new games. When the groups I played with needed help with the rules, the employee running the event did a great job of helping us out!
