It's a fine A and W, but don't expect any good service during thier breakfast hours. The last 4 times I've tried to order a coffee at the front counter, I've had to wait so long for service, that I have to leave without a coffee so I am not late for work.
Unless you have 20+ minutes to wait for someone to serve you, don't bother.

Not all A&W franchises are the same. This one is outstanding! Stepping inside, we were immediately greeted by Eve. The place is spotless (washrooms too). Frosted glass mugs! Rings and fries in a basket! Friendly table service. Highly recommended. Great job A&W Chelmsford!

I don't usually leave reviews, especially for fast food restaurants, but I have to for this location. It is absolutely the best A&W I've ever eaten in. The staff is very friendly and outgoing and the food is perfectly cooked. Very un-fast food like. ??
