I have a 12-month-old daughter, and her and I go out she likes just an egg. I asked A&W if I can just get an egg on the side from one of the sandwiches. Although they said they couldn't give me just a side order of an egg, which is unfortunate. Update: originally I gave this review a one star because of the employees’ lack of initiative. Today I am changing it to five due to the fact that the next day a manager from the restaurant called me about the situation. He was very friendly. He explained that they should have carried out that request and he assured me that when we return they would be happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions ;)

Had to send food back, rings were cold. No ice , trash cans overflowing, all tables dirty and sticky, condiments area dirty. Men’s washroom smells urine. No towels or dryer for washing? And I typically don’t write reviews. Need a better manager for sure.

Unfortunately, this will sound bad no matter how I put it, so I'm giving A&W Chelmsford a low review because when I had gone, I could not understand a word the person taking orders through drive thru, I dont believe he understood me, my order was entirely wrong and due to my already having to wait 10mins close to the front door after 10 mins in the drive thru and there being a huge language barrier at a CANADIAN FRANCHISE is wrong and until these people pass an English reading, writing and speaking test. It's disgraceful. They should be reminded they're in Canada 🇨🇦

Won't be back. What A & W displays on their digital menu for a teen burger is not even close to what you get. The beef patty is not even half the size of what is shown. I sure that misrepresentation is corporates fault. The men's room in this location did not have paper towel or even a paper towel dispenser or electric hand dryer.

I literally got my order like an hour ago and have not stopped saying how good and fresh it was, and the customer service from the guy working tonight was also so kind and he went above and beyond, never had such a good drive-thru experience in my life! 10 10 10s across the board!
