Best A&W burger I've had in years! I literally got my order like an hour ago and have not stopped saying how good and fresh it was, and the customer service from the guy working tonight was also so kind and he went above and beyond, never had such a good drive-thru experience in my life! 10 10 10s across the board!

It's a fine A and W, but don't expect any good service during thier breakfast hours. The last 4 times I've tried to order a coffee at the front counter, I've had to wait so long for service, that I have to leave without a coffee so I am not late for work.
Unless you have 20+ minutes to wait for someone to serve you, don't bother.

Not all A&W franchises are the same. This one is outstanding! Stepping inside, we were immediately greeted by Eve. The place is spotless (washrooms too). Frosted glass mugs! Rings and fries in a basket! Friendly table service. Highly recommended. Great job A&W Chelmsford!
