Place has gone pretty downhill in the last few years, the breakfast crew in on early mornings is always on point and polite, no rushed orders meaning nothing is missed or mistaken.. otherwise .. not the best unfortunately to say..

After 10pm don't bother walking in, They will ignore you until you ask if anyone works there. Apperently cellphones are allowed on the floor too. Unreal to be completely ignored and then treated as an annoyance rather than a customer, very unwelcoming.

Twenty seven bucks for unsalted cold fries … Double Filet Of Fish with no sauce and barely any sauce on a double big mac. Even the Root Beer drink tasted like it was half coke ….Hard to believe how bad this order was screwed up ! Too much money to pay for such crap!

I am here almost every Friday night at 1am or so. It’s almost always very good. Once in a while the fries aren’t hot enough or don’t have enough salt.
But my experience has been very solid.
The Diet Coke here is wayyyy better than the ones in Sudbury.
Best McDonald’s in Sudbury area.
And they have quite a lot of Indians working here. So why can these Indians be good and they other ones another McDonald’s cant?
Ppl complain about Indians in fast food. But I treat each person on their merits.
So. At least when I go at 1am. It’s very good. As good as McDonald’s can be. 😂

Paid for food I didn’t receive and no receipt was put in the bag yet again, so I am unable to contact McDonald’s about it without an order number. especially since I already got home before noticing this time. This has been an issue several times at this location in the last few months and when it is not very busy. It’s pretty hard to believe that time after time items can be forgotten from a small 3 item order.
