Paid for food I didn’t receive and no receipt was put in the bag yet again, so I am unable to contact McDonald’s about it without an order number. especially since I already got home before noticing this time. This has been an issue several times at this location in the last few months and when it is not very busy. It’s pretty hard to believe that time after time items can be forgotten from a small 3 item order.

Ever since they had a change of staff to mostly immigrants, they always mess up the order and for the love of God I can't have my spicy stuff anymore, every time I ask for the spicy version of an item I get the original instead. I ordered 2 habanero dipping sauce with my mobile order and I got none. Are you guys scared of the habanero sauce or what

Replaced all the white staff with South Americans that don't speak English. Always problems, impossible to fix them.
Everything is made sloppily. Soda is always off. Cones are always small. Service is always confused.

XL tea is supposed to have 2 tea bags however multiple times this location has failed to provide me with the second tea bag even after asked. Fries often not hot upon recieval. No vegetarian options.

Pulled me forward in drive through and then let my order sit on their counter for twenty minutes because they can’t communicate with each other. Just terrible everything was cold.
Take out is a farce. Long waits, crap food and it's very expensive.

I dealt with 2 people there (1 was a manager to help sort out my order that I screwed up and an employee who took my order and opened up the bathroom for me). Both of them were extremely polite and happy to help out. I just wanted to give them a shout out - thanks guys!
