Receipt was wrong when I had picked up my mobile order. Went back in to double check. They need to fix how the receipt reads. Half of it was someone else’s ordered than mine further down the receipt. And also they need to pay more attention to special instructions. Asked for sauce on only one half and they still proceeded to put sauce on the entire sub. I’ll now have a soggy sub for lunch tomorrow and I wasn’t about to go back and make them re do it and waste the food to be thrown out. Just disappointed

The serving sizes have gone to hell. 2 subs cost 30 bucks. Ill goto Caras or a place with some value over coming back.

If I could give negative stars I would. The lady who severed us was pleasant. However the guy who took over for her (which im assuming was the manager) was so freaking rude, its not even funny. He literally threw a bag at my sister.. the vegetables were terrible as well.

The guy working on Saturday morning is very rude. I just asked for extra crispy onions and he would not put it. I go there every 3 days but now i have to think it through.

ordered thru uber this morning, they only made half my sandwich and when i called to get it resolved the lady on the phone was very rude and made me feel as though it was my wrong and told me aggressively to call uber so they can fix it as if it was their fault too, not cool... i paid almost 30$ for a 6inch and two fckn cookies.

Poor qaulity of food last time we ate here, the ham was sticky and smelt funny. Staff was sub par service, nothing special.

This location got us out of a difficult situation. They prepared 15 subs in less than 10 minutes! Great job!
