Being from Chemmy my whole life, it’s so nice to see the improvements going on around there. Good food, staff is so nice and even the potholes are finally getting fixed. Great job on the new owners. They are amazing and kind people. Couldn’t ask for better in our hometown Tim Hortons.

So after a long drive when i was coming back to Sudbury midnight i thought to take a break here. Although I typically like visiting Tim Hortons, I had a very bad experience recently. I felt like an annoyance rather than a consumer because of the impolite and contemptuous counter staff member especially the girl. She rolled her eyes and sighed in response to my straightforward inquiry on my order. There was no thank you, no welcome, and most definitely no attempt to deliver good service. Common civility shouldn't be optional, even if I recognize that hectic shifts can be stressful.

I really liked this Tim Hortons ! This one is clean , no fruit flies anywhere like some in the area .Service was fast and atmosphere was upbeat .Lots of customers enjoying coffee and more .

My order is always a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel Double Toasted with Plain Cream cheese. On Wednesday was served a Poppy Seed not Toasted. This morning received the correct Bagel 🥯 but guess what it wasn't Toasted. How hard is it for an employee to read the Screen and provide the customer with the correct product requested. Previously was stopping at Tim's in Dowling, stopped going there due to the exact reason now receiving at Chelmsford. Unbelievable customer service we get at the Drive through....Steve
I go later at night, I work all day now with 2 jobs. The man who works night , always is really rude, acts annoying and makes me feel like I’m doing something wrong. Last night my hot chocolate tasted like hot water 😞

Used drive through. Terrible experience, extremely long wait (10 minutes) because someone 3 cars ahead ordered pizza!!! PLEASE drop these from your drive through menu !! It's a donut, coffee and sandwich shop.

Orders are frequently made wrong and espresso added to orders will be missed and you will have to correct it. Employees are not taught how to correctly remove items from orders and frequently charge extra for cheese already on wraps. Overall bad management, even to the point of having freshly burnt employees work without treatment.
