Drinks were fine. Weekend staff were talking and laughing extremely loud this morning instead of prioritizing patrons. My husband and I were not pleased. Talk on your own time.

They have to remove the big ticket food items off the menu! It's disrupting the entire coffee chain and drive-thru. Tim Hortons was never designed to even remotely be close to a restaurant and that's how it's being treated. It's ridiculous the states destroyed Tim Hortons.. I go to this Tim Hortons every single morning every single day twice a day never had any issues with staff service is great except the wait times are incredibly long and it causes major issues in the Drive-thru all together food items need to be removed so that it can get back to a Tim Hortons used to be.

I was served by two younger girls this afternoon, Desire and Kat. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their service created a positive atmosphere and I would definitely come back. Cudos to those lovely ladies! 🥰

i gave my order at 4:07 and they provided it to me at 4:31. i was on my break period they literally ruined it and left me with the worst experience over there.

At the Chelmsford Location I watched a young girl navigate an issue with an unhappy customer. Olivia, held her grace and smile to go above and beyond to make things right for this customer. Once the customer was satisfied she took my order with a smile, and was completely professional.

My friend and I ordered one steeped tea and one coffee at this ( on 14th july 2025) Tim Hortons, but what I received was disappointing — the tea was not fresh and barely warm. Then staff name is 'Mason'.
When I complained, the staff member simply put the same tea in the oven to reheat it and gave it back, which was unacceptable. 🤮

After I complained again, he said making a fresh tea would take time. I reminded him that I had paid for it and didn’t want old, lukewarm tea. Only then did he go to the machine, change the paper filter, and finally make a proper fresh tea.

This kind of careless service is frustrating, especially when customers are paying for quality. A basic order like tea shouldn’t be this complicated, and reheating old tea is not the solution. Very disappointed with both the drink and the staff attitude at this location.

👉Disrespecting customers after the money is paid for any coffee or food item. My friends and I will not go there again 🫨
👉Very excellent and quick service in taking money from customers but the staff gives very poor service to customers.
👉So please Don't waste your hardly earned money and go for this type of food waste - the old tea which i got .

I recently visited this Tim Hortons with a friend and ordered a Steeped Tea, but was very disappointed with the service and quality. The tea I received was cold and tasteless, clearly prepared several hours earlier — definitely not fresh.

When I informed the staff, instead of offering a freshly made tea (which I paid full price and tax for), I was asked if it could just be reheated in the microwave. That’s not acceptable, especially for a drink like Steeped Tea that’s expected to be brewed fresh and served hot.

As a paying customer, I believe I deserve fresh and quality beverages, not old tea reheated in a microwave. Tim Hortons needs to retrain the staff on proper customer service and product standards. This experience was disappointing, and I hope management takes feedback like this seriously to improve their service.

Being from Chemmy my whole life, it’s so nice to see the improvements going on around there. Good food, staff is so nice and even the potholes are finally getting fixed. Great job on the new owners. They are amazing and kind people. Couldn’t ask for better in our hometown Tim Hortons.
