I had received a breakfast sandwhich from another store when I ordered a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese, didn’t notice until I passed azilda, so I stopped at this tim Hortons in Chelmsford. I explained to the counter girl(sorry I didn’t get your name) but Supervisor Hope made my day and replaced the sandwhich with the correct bagel,

The ladies washroom (in the stalls) are missing garbages to dipose of your feminine products. The last thing we want to be doing is leave the stall with soiled femine products in our hands to put in the garbage. Please take care of this! This is basic needs for the a female washroom.

Went here Oct 3/25 and tried to place an order in French, not one employee I saw spoke French, then tried to order in English, and they all barely spoke English. Shouldn’t a store in a predominantly French town hire employees who speak French ?Doesn’t Tim Hortons hire Canadians anymore??

I went to the drive thru on September 14th a bit after 4 am, i ordered a begal. I observed the girl make my begal with gloves, then came to the window and punched it in ( with her gloves on). I asked why she didn't take her gloves off to touch the screen and everything else. Hes response was, I'm trying to hurry fir the guy behind you. I told her that she shouldn't be touching anything but food with those gloves. The next morning I returned and ordered a sandwich. Again she did everything with the sane gloves. When the wondow opened, and seen that it was me, she took her gloves off ( after she had again touched everything else). I told her. Isn't it a bit late to take those gloves off now? I told her I used to work at a coffee shop. And when I handled food, I put my gloves on, then immediately took them off before touching anything else. I have not returned since. I don't care to eat good with gloves that touch everything. There are so many germs on a computer screen. Or is it that the owner is aware of this and condones this to save money on gloves ? I would not recommend chelsford tom hortons. Very unsanitary.

Had spoken to the day manager, notified her that every single day I go to that location im going right back because wrong order, she clarified it and provided the two coffee's that were messed up, but until I see staff has changed and im not going back 3-4x cause order was wrong, ill leave it at a 1 star, recommended everyone check the drinks etc before leaving. They had DD on my coffee, yet got a French vanilla...!?!?

Drinks were fine. Weekend staff were talking and laughing extremely loud this morning instead of prioritizing patrons. My husband and I were not pleased. Talk on your own time.

They have to remove the big ticket food items off the menu! It's disrupting the entire coffee chain and drive-thru. Tim Hortons was never designed to even remotely be close to a restaurant and that's how it's being treated. It's ridiculous the states destroyed Tim Hortons.. I go to this Tim Hortons every single morning every single day twice a day never had any issues with staff service is great except the wait times are incredibly long and it causes major issues in the Drive-thru all together food items need to be removed so that it can get back to a Tim Hortons used to be.

I was served by two younger girls this afternoon, Desire and Kat. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their service created a positive atmosphere and I would definitely come back. Cudos to those lovely ladies! 🥰

i gave my order at 4:07 and they provided it to me at 4:31. i was on my break period they literally ruined it and left me with the worst experience over there.

At the Chelmsford Location I watched a young girl navigate an issue with an unhappy customer. Olivia, held her grace and smile to go above and beyond to make things right for this customer. Once the customer was satisfied she took my order with a smile, and was completely professional.
