I have toppers at least once or twice a week, I called for a pick up order like I always do, I asked for the special large 3 topping, and asked for extra cheese on it and charge me the difference, the rep I was talking to said I can't add extra item's, I again told her I would pay the extra fees. She again said I can't. I'm a loyal customer and don't buy any other pizza anywhere else, what is to add something when I said bill me for it. I ended up getting the large meat mountain with extra cheese added, this does not make any sense?

I live less than 15 minutes away from this location, I placed an order online for delivery and had no issues. I was then called by the driver and informed that he couldn't deliver to me and that I had to meet him at a Tim Hortons located 4 minutes from my house.
After driving there, he told me that if I had tipped $15 that he might have delivered it, but my tip of 15% wasn't enough. My order was $25, there is no world where I am tipping 60%.

We ordered 4 pizzas and 2 orders of bread. Someone needs to check quality control. When you take a slice of pizza from the box and the toppings fall off as result of the centre of the pizza not being cooked long enough. This is the second time it occurs. Very disappointing.

The service at this pizza place was terrible. The person who spoke to us on the phone was extremely rude and sarcastic, which made the experience unpleasant right from the start. On top of that, the food took an unreasonably long time to arrive with no explanation or apology. When the order finally showed up, the wait had already ruined the experience. I won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend it based on the service alone.
