Went there for lunch today. There was one girl running around doing it all. The owner and the other employee was sitting at the table. It wasn’t busy, but busy enough the only girl working could have used help. Took 35 minutes to make a poutine and BLT. While eating, there was some confusion with a previously placed a reservation for later. The girl who was running around doing it all was clearly getting overwhelmed. The other employee was rude and started yelling at her. Almost making her feel down. The girl even said out loud “I’m sorry I’m not ready for that yet and still learning.” She continued to yell!!!! All this was happening right in-front of the owner as he was watching!! Food is great but unfortunately will not be going back since this Resturant enables mistreatment to staff.

This restaurant is much nicer inside than I expected. It's cozy and a little kitsch, but in the right way. Nice atmosphere, and the bathrooms were clean and in good repair.
Staff were friendly and welcoming. Reaching over the wall to pass food was a little awkward at first, but once we figured it out, worked.
The food was lacking. The "awesome" Louis' Special pizza was mouth-scorchingly salty. When another issue with food at our table was shared with staff, they didn't know how to fix the problem and the person who had the issue was charged full price for something they couldn't eat. Soft drinks are tiny & overpriced, especially considering refills aren't free.
Being the only convenient restaurant in town, we'd hoped for better than we got.

Quiet restaurant, so the best part of this place is the atmosphere. The Louis special, while looked fine has a foundation of salt that couldn't be ignored. Maybe I'm salty, maybe it's the food.

What amazing pizza! Fresh tomatoes, toppings are generous and only the best ingredients. Service was above and beyond, as I felt like I was having dinner with family. This pizza was made with the love only a family recipe holds. Thank you for making the 4800km trip to enjoy your family recipe worth the travel.

This has been on of my favourite places to get pizza and Lasagna for a long time.The sauce is unique. Slightly thinner and somewhat higher in acidity than a traditional north american chain pizza. Very flavorful. The dough will get soggy, your hands will get messy, but the taste is unrivaled.And the pepperoni is delicious. Sliced thick and wide. Fantastic on the Lasagna and pizza. Their meat lovers uses some of the nicest flavors and sizes of meats for a pizza. You will be full for a day.My family has been getting food here for 20+ years. I've yet to have a negative experience. Thank you for 3/4 of a life time of pizza. Please continue for another 50 years I would be heart broken not to have this as an option on pizza nights with my kids.

awesome pizza. don't let the bad reviews fool you, their pizza is awesome. if you don't like it there is something wrong with YOU and they should stick to frozen pizzas or Kraft dinner to feed you and your whiny children.
