Just wanted to say I didn’t really like Milano too much before but now it’s a five out of five stars ever since Lucy and Justin started working there from the jumbo pizza The consistency and the quality has gone up tremendously I would know I’ve done co-op for them at Jumbo Pizza

Pretty good pizza, but I need to share my thoughts with anyone looking to order.
1st. The pizza arrived without the iconic insulated takeout carrier from the delivery driver. I ordered from quite a distance and still tipped well, however; the box was also a little banged up and greasy on the outside. I’m able to look past this.
2nd. The pizza was not cut all the way through, I had to get a knife and finish the job, it was also the worst dividing I’ve seen in a pizza outside of a cartoon; it was actually pretty comical, I’m not sure how they managed this as the lines didn’t go all the way through the diameter of the pie.
3rd. I found there was way too much cheese for my liking, it over took the whole pizza and I had to look for the ham toppings which my wife says she saw but I’m not sure, maybe it melted into the cheese somewhere.
All in all, it was okay and certainly was edible. My three year old loved, it so they managed to capture his pallet perfectly. Personally, I would like to see a little more effort put into the food I order.

We made a big order for delivery and they forgot an item ( lasagna). We told the driver and called the store ! No questions asked they delivered the missing item in record time and then gave us a free pizza and a bunch of drinks so very impressed that they cared about missing an item and totally making it up to us!!! Big thanks and great service and food

Anytime I ask for thick crust it is never thick crust. Today my pizza was inconsistent and burnt. It used to be good a few years ago but not anymore.

Took 2 hours to deliver a pizza 2km. Not sure what to make of that but wouldn't recommend ordering if your hungry.
I had an excellent experience at Milanos. The food was very good, and the customer service was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Milanos for a delicious meal and amazing service!
