I like McDonald's coffee better than Tim's. I drink it every day, but not here. I did a few years ago so was looking forward to my coffee this morning. It was the worst coffee I have had. Burnt, bitter, tasted like dregs or something. I though maybe an old pot so my daughter went in hoping to get a fresh cup. She only gets cream as she is diabetic. The person she talked to asked her if she wanted to put sugar in it. No apology. Just looked at her like if you forget sugar what do you expect. As it was undrinkable she threw it out in front of him. So we left. No coffee, no refund, no apology. Didn't care about customers at all. Acted more like we are obviously stupid if we didn't realize we had to put sugar in coffee.

I tried getting a Big Mac with large fries and a coke but instead they gave me a regular burger with small fries and no coke. Also, one time when I tried getting the M & M McFlurry, it was almost completely melted when I got it. What the hell is wrong with the staff here?? AND IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 30 MINUTES TO GIVE ME MY ORDER ONE TIME. PATHETIC!!!!

Terrible, would not give me 10 packs of mayo and and honey as per my usual. I got 20 nuggets and nugget happy meal with fries. And that was the mixture my family like to eat it with. We have a bunch of nuggets with not enough sauce! Those packets are small, and the person taking the order refused to give me. Never had a issue before.

First time going in years, play place was removed, causing kids to be heard from all around the place. Placed my order for table service with my friend and only my friend received her order. Took a long time to get my food and didn’t get even get table service

At 6 am I wasn't expecting the chicken in my McMuffin to be really cold. It never usually is, so I thought it was odd but just hoped it was a piece that they neglected to keep warm. I'd rather that then one that wasn't fully cooked. Better to be disappointed with stale meat than keeled over with food poisoning. I did finish it though, maybe foolishly and I'll take that punishment. The hash brown also didn't burn my mouth like it usually does. How is the food lukewarm at 6 am? And the muffin I got tasted pretty ancient too. It certainly cost me enough, is it too much to ask to get fresh food? At 6am? I really hope they didn't pull that chicken before it was fully cooked just to get my order out of the way. I've seen restaurants do this unfortunately and it's deplorable. There are cooking guidelines from your head office for a reason. Rant over. Hope that wasn't the case.

It was unreasonably difficult to order our meal. Took over 35 minutes to go through drive thru.
What is the point of making a mobile order when you have to wait in line at the drive-through, anyway?! And then when you get to the window, they tell you the one thing you ordered isn't ready... so now I'm sitting in spot 3 waiting for them to make my mobile order that was put in more than 10 mins ago! So, thanks for wasting my 30 min lunch, guys!!!

I asked for a water cup which is usually free but today they refused to give me one. Water is a basic human right and should be served free but they decide to cut costs :(

they refused my right for free water, due to “to expensive” for them. The put glue all over my ice cream aswell, and made fun of me. terrible service
