Always a pleasure to be able to enjoy anything from this bakery. Fresh and tasty.
Stopped in for a treat and decided on getting the Greek flatbread chicken wrap. I just bought one thinking that I would save half of it for my husband. When I got in the car and had my first taste, I realized there is no way I was gonna be sharing it. I went back in and purchased another one so my husband could have his own. Absolutely the best sandwich I have had in a very long time. Well done.
When I saw there was a sourdough bakery nearby my new home, I immediately got ready to head over. I've spent the last couple years in California eating San Francisco famous sourdough, so I like to think I've been spoiled with good bread and have high expectations. I was not disappointed. This little gem of a bakery is the epitome of a heart and soul small business. Their items are made with love and care. The lady behind the counter was so unbelievably kind, and the gentleman who I believe is one of the owners welcomed people in and chatted like we're all family. We just finished eating our purchases and they were outstanding. Cobden is lucky to have this bakery, and I'm lucky to be a short drive away!
Stopped in there today ,had the best service ever, then had cinnamon buns and their new cranberry cheese bun sooo yummy. So if you get a chance you need to stop in , cute little town and right next to the trails. You won’t be disappointed.

We are driving from Brandon to the Maritimes in an RV with my brother and sister-in-law. Just happened upon this bakery this morning when going through Cobdon. My wife and I live in Colorado, but lived in California for 19 years. This is the first sourdough that has the flavor of a true San Francisco sourdough we have had since leaving California. Talked to the owner and they let the dough proof for 2 days, natural yeast. And the proof (pun intended) is in the taste. All the bakes goods are homemade. Scones were excellent. Fresh fruit in the cranberry, plum, and apple scones. We like ours without the extra frosting to taste the fruit. If you live here your lucky to have an excellent baker and if your passing through, you should stop in.

Yum, yum, yum!! I was lucky enough to stop in just as some fresh loaves were being delivered. The owners and their staff work extremely hard to serve the community and surrounding, some delicious sour dough! My boyfriend said these were the best butter tarts he’d ever had! Thank you!

If you want sourdough bread- you have to get there early!
So we happily tried a variety of their scones: blueberry, apple, strawberry and peach- all divine! The butter tarts were insanely good.
Will definitely return.

Specifically took a detour to stop here as I’ve heard good things, even checked Google for business hours before I left. Got there and there’s a written closed sign saying see you Friday. Disappointed, this sort of thing will make me not try again.
Just stopped here on a weekend away and wow we were impressed! The sourdough grilled cheese was so yummy and the focaccia was to die for! We missed the bread delivery by a few minutes, but you know it's good when you see folks flocking in when that truck arrived. Would definitely be back!
