Josh was great but the back staff and management is why they get 1 star. They stop making half the menu and refuse to cook any food. They just say they are out. They refuse to cook even though I said I would wait. I have been here for the same time every week for 6 months. Horrible management. 3 front counter people have been great.

Asked for an iced Capp with pumpkin spice syrup when was asked at the window if I want the whipped topping I said no & was then given an iced Capp with no pumpkin spice in it & when I said something all I heard was the female worker yell “wooooow” they handed me an iced Capp with whipped topping I spent 12$ on iced Capps to throw one out & be given attitude like it was the end of world. Sick of going through & not getting what I pay for ! Thanks lots guys!

Stopped in to get a coffee and a sandwich... ordered a Dark Roast and they didn't tell me that it wasn't made. so i waited for a pot off coffee to brew and still another 5 minutes before the sandwich arrived. good food though, long wait.

Don't know what's with the low reviews this tim hortons is actually really good food wise ice cap is usually perfect flatbread pizza is good but sometimes not cut properly so i have to actually rip it and get sauce all over my hands and the donuts are pretty fresh but i have gotten a stale one before but the main problem I have here is the staff they tend to be really slow and they are often very unorganized and mess up easy requests like forgeting a drink

Waited ten minutes to get served at the walk in counter so I went to the drive thru, I was then hitting the highway and they gave me the wrong order so I had to turn around on the highway as I don’t eat bacon for health reasons and had bitten into it thinking I had the right order.
Husband got me a coffee this morning, It tasted like it had been run through twice. Could barely taste coffee.

Busy place due to its a way from pembroke area to ottawa! Its also got a gas station attached! Great people that serve! Remember they are humans like you...so calm down!

The Tim Hortons was so cold for a hot day. It was clean and spacious for families. I really enjoyed my experience with Cari. She was so friendly and was taking our order smoothly even though there was some changes in our order. She was sweet and didn't mind to help us out. Such a great employee.
