Had a long drive and just wanted a fresh cup of tea. Ended up waiting way too long and even got the wrong order at first. Some of the staff were very unprofessional.Thankfully, guy who took order was polite and did fix it when I asked, but the wait time was really frustrating.Make sure to double-check your order carefully here.

Worst service of any Tim Hortons i have ever been into, in my 37 years on this Earth. Aweful, client service skills, no listening, errors at the tills, and speaking rude to customers struggling in line, waiting for their orders. Even more senior staff helping out the new girl was very rude and raising her voice (at paying client). They are very unorganized here in this small, 2 light town, and the people both working & in line today are quite nasty! I would stay away from this location.

I've never rated a Tim's restaurant before because the food/service isn't usually very good. However, the service at this tim hortons was the best I've ever experienced. The staff working on Saturday morning were ridiculously friendly. They all deserve some praise! Keep being awesome!

Worst place ever always slow nothing is ever correct when ordering 3 or more drinks they expect you to juggle it instead of just putting them in a tray then when you say lg they think you said medium ridiculous place and poor staffing and rude when you leave
