I'm reviewing again as I want to warn anyone who is mistreated by the woman owner that it is entirely her personality and not to take it personally. I've been very upset after leaving the restaurant. It ruined my day. She was very mean, and if anyone else experiences this, don't be afraid to speak up to her. She's very nasty.

Refused to correct an inedible crispy chicken dish , even when I showed the owner how burnt and nasty it was . This place is not very good to begin with , but I should at lest be able to eat the food , And god forbid you ask for a refund for horrible food . You will not get it here .

Food was not great. Charged $10 to change something out however they didn’t have ribs and switched it to beef with no discount. $56 dinner for 4 changed to $95 with delivery around the block. Who ever answers the phone there must hate their job judging on how rude she was. I’ll be going to the next town or restaurant next time.

The House Special Won Ton soup was absolutely delicious! Chow Sam Sig was also very delicious! Food arrived at hotel still nice and hot.

The food was awful. So greasy and no flavour at all. The place was not vintage it was OLD everything was like it was falling apart. The customer service was the worse our whole experience felt like we are begging them to give us food and to pay. She was not patient and she seemed Annoyed the whole time. Do not go there.

Food was all very good with good size portions except for crisp chicken and general Tao chicken. Both were overcooked and very dry. We ordered the dinner for six which was excellent.
Used to be my favorite Chinese food. New owners new recipes and just like that I don't eat Chinese much any more. Used to order a big order 1-2 times a month.

This was just a luck of the draw that we ended up here for dinner. We left our hotel with no place for dinner in mind and chose Golden Flower on the fly...boy were we glad. Granted walking into the restaurant, I was hesitant...the area could use some TLC. But after having our food, I could care less about the atmosphere. The food was amazing, fresh and a lot. The staff were very friendly and the homemade cream pie was delicious.I would recommend Golden Flower to anyone

Visited after checking previous reviews. The food was delicious and had a good price with a good portion, but a served lady was so rude. Totally different attitude she did to another guest. She was talking with another customer for a while. There were no spoons for fried rices and checking for water refill or any other at all. We said, " Food was good," but she didn't reply to any words. I really didn't want to pay tips, but I did. So dissatisfied.

Fabulous food & well priced with big portions :) Staff is super nice as well. The only thing is it's an older building so I'm guessing original entrance & it's difficult to maneuver if on crutches (like moi!) or mobility issues...Fabulous place ?
