I always enjoy going to Harvey’s. The burgers are delicious and made just the way I want with fresh toppings. The staff are super nice and helpful, and the service is fast. It’s always a great experience every time I visit!

Months later, the bathroom is still closed, and now they are out of toppings for burgers, too. Literarly never coming back. Oh and I will not be bothering to do a survey link come on. Original Review: building smells like raw sewage, and food is still being prepared. it's absolutely revolting.

2 men working behind the counter, messing up drink orders, my partners double bacon original burger was burnt & my crispy chicken burger must have been sitting in tray for to long.. I definitely recommend trying but watch your food that’s all

Went in late tonight to get dinner for my mom and I. Even though they were cleaning up they still made my burgers, onion rings and fries. It was so close to closing that I felt bad. I honestly have to say that they were the best burgers and fries I've had in awhile. Cooked perfectly and didn't have to wait long . This is definitely going to be my go to place when I'm hungry.

Placed an order on the app, it was done about 12 minutes after the estimated time on the app. They didn’t give us the gravy we ordered, burger toppings were incorrect, burger buns were freezer burnt/stale, fries were not fresh, slushies were overwhelmingly sweet, and served in cups that were only 2/3 to 3/4 full. Overall, it’s pretty obvious this place is short-staffed- we only saw one person through drive-through window, working hard but without help. We noticed it on a previous visit, but hoped it was a fluke. Unfortunately, this location will be our last choice for dinner out in Cochrane.

Restaurant was absolutely rancid! beyond filthy! should be shut down by health unit! keep driving or there is a Tim Hortons across the street! There is NO excuse for this level of filth

Hot dog disgusting! Place is filthy! Meat patties very dry! Very disappointing!

Ive never eaten at a Harvey's, today is the first time with my 4 children and wife, very pleased with the food, and customer service was excellent, after driving 2700 km from Nova scotia it was a treat to stop and eat, a bit dirty when it comes to the tables, checking under tables there is gum stuck to them so I can see that they really don't clean as good as I would have, bathroom is broken, there is poop in the toilet, the stall door is bent so badly you cannot really close it, the ventilation in the bathroom is being held to stop the ceiling from vibrating the panels off. Overall 3.5 stars due to the fact that Harvey's should really fix their small issues before the next inspection.
Parking: Parking is inside the drive thru ring, if your not from the area Parking can be a truck to locate as it's a truck stop

So first it wasn't so bad they just accidentally gave me a bacon poutine instead of onion rings. Then I realized like all of the bacon and cheese is in one corner. Then my husband tells me his buffalo chicken poutine had no grave and a big hair in it. There was no other customers and no one in the drive thru. Like come on guys this is just sad
