I visited this Pita Pit recently and found it difficult to communicate my order, which made the experience frustrating.
In addition, the store’s decorations and presentation didn’t reflect local tastes or customs, which made the atmosphere feel disconnected from the community.
It seems that some local businesses could benefit from stronger focus on communication, customer service and aligning with community expectations.
The food was okay, but the overall experience could be improved for locals and visitors alike

Ordered for delivery waited a hour and when the guy said he was here he was across town a a different address told him the address 5 times over the phone still didn’t know where I was and when I told him step by step directions he still couldn’t figure it out it’s a small town of Cochrane not very big

Had to call multiple times to even talk to someone to place an order because online ordering did not work.Waiting almost an HOUR for delivery when they said only 30 minutes. Please tell me how it’s takes an hour to make 3 wraps and deliver it. I’m writing this review while I’m still waiting for the food to get here??♀️ terrible experience for my first time ordering.EDIT TO ADD :food arrived cold. Wraps were soggy. 0/100 won’t be back
