Worst service ever. Every Trucker passing through Cochrane ON goes to them in Night for coffee or Drink they now refuse them all even you have Vest on you. They refused me also. Also watched another fellow truck drivers walking back to their trucks without any drink in cold weather. They did not even put any notice regarding this. Poor customer service.

Since the renovations it seems to take forever to get through the drive thru - 3rd or 4th time now that it takes aprox 30 mins from the time I get in a lineup of 5-10 cars to the point where I leave. As I write this review Iām in the lineup now for 32 minutes and there were only 5 cars before me, one car left the lineup because of the wait. Its disappointing, wish tim hortons adopted a system like McDonalds where they park orders that arenāt ready to keep the lineup movingā¦

Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons. They advertise as āopen 24 hoursā but refuse to serve walk-in customers at night ā even truck drivers who clearly canāt take their trucks through the drive-thru. Itās really unfair and unsafe to expect someone to have a car just to buy a coffee. If youāre not truly open for everyone, please donāt claim to be open 24/7. Terrible experience for people who work long hours and depend on a simple cup of coffee during the night.
