We drove all the way from Brighton to get a too good to go bag, they didn't have the bag prepared and the employee there made us wait for a while. Then she later came to pick out three pastries and one apple. That is NOT what the value of the bag is supposed to be. They wasted our time and did not deliver on the value.

Love the animals for a stop with the kids on a long drive but we bought the premium apple fritters and they were dry and had a strange taste to them with hardly any apple or blueberry filling. $18 for 6 doughnuts that were not overly enjoyable is expensive

Not much here. The food itself is terrible and horribly priced. The rest of the stuff is pretty meh - there's nothing special about this place. Taking a picture with a huge apple is not worth the bad food, terrible pricing and bad service.

It was a good experience to see the pies being made right in front of your eyes. But unfortunately, the quality isn’t as good as it used to be and everything is overpriced
We took Savoury Spinach Feta pastry, apple cinammon churros and beaver tails banarama pastry. The food tasted stale. The beaver tails pastry was fried in absolutely black oil which made it smell bad and tasted very bitter.

We always get the traditional Apple pie, usually we love it but I find the apples are hard. Yes they are cooked but not soft to eat. Could of been cooked a little longer. My daughter got the Apple Bumble crumble, she said the same thing. Taste wise it's delicious but could the apples be a little softer when eating....not Crunchy. We got pecan tarts and they were awesome. Been to the Big Apple many times. Thanks, Cheryl P
