A nice stop by off the highway to pick up their signature Apple pie and other foods. Lots of options between their bakery options, their smoked meat options and sweets.
Every Apple pie is made in house and likely their pastries as well.
Public restroom facilities available.

Don't buy the homemade chocolate or Turkish delights. They tasted very bad!

Awesome atmosphere. Pretty magical!!!
I bought a great apple cider vinegar!!!
We did not like the apple pie with maple syrup though :(
But it’s awesome to see them bake and just for the visit we were happy we went!

Treat their staff terribly and the management is just horrible. Never work here and never go here. Food is awful, people are awful and just all around a horrible place.
I haven't come here again for few years and I found that I missed something. The shops are enriched with lots more merchandise with a reasonable price. Apple pies are delicious as usual and I love the new maple leaf tattoo of the big apple sculpture with the Canada lettering in front of it.

You can't miss the giant red apple by the highway !
Our recent visit was on the way back to Toronto from Montreal. It is a classic family destination with everything apple-themed, from cider and candy to freshly backed pies. My favorite is the Mumble Crumble apple pie, got a 6inch pie for my mom, and apple bread.
There're many activities going on during summer season, too, such as dog run, mini golf and interactions with farm animals and more.

A shockingly big roadside market centred around apples! There are an unbelievable amount of apple themed products and foods on sale here, from apple pies to honey, teas, pastries and much, much more! It’s quite busy here and the market interior can get quite crowded. Lots to see and more importantly eat, you’ll be spending a good half hour here just browsing all the items! Makes for a unique stop along your trip. Come check this out!

It's open in the winter! The outdoor food trucks are closed however.

The big apple is a good break on the highway and they have certainly put their all into the variety of extra stuff. I am only writing to say i wish they would improve their game on the Apple bread and apple dumpling we tried. The apple bread has one square centimeter of apple in the whole loaf ... At best it is a cinnamon bread. Why so stingy with apple? The dumpling was just ok with mushy dough and hohum flavour. If you're all about apples... You better bring the apples!

I've been coming here on and off for years. Did they suddenly stop paying their workers properly? I was asked to tip when buying their alcoholic cider. The employee wasn't even friendly and demanded payment and a tip for essentially doing nothing. Please pay your employees properly because it's ridiculous to tip for a product.

My boy obsessed with the freshly baked Apple pie 🥧. There is petting zoo, mini golf and a few small rides for kids. We had a great time stopping by 🤘

Great place to visit at any time of the year but at Christmas there are so many unique gift ideas and lots of baked goods. It is very busy though with big bus loads of people coming in from different areas. I'd go during the week if you can avoiding the crowds. Great place to visit.
