Colborne used to be my favorite TH. Now, I do my best to avoid. I know it's only a coffee, but everytime you screw it up, it wrecks multiple people's day - like today.
I think they should offer a 15% discount to cover all the wrong coffees we have to throw out.

The worst service ever .. the lady manager thinks that she is serving us gives her the right to speak rude to the customers , if u messed up the order then sort out in the nice way rather than giving the weird looks…. Keep your anger issue at your home before coming to job

Parking: I noticed a few viecles in handicap parking that didn't have a placard and were parked on the ramp, making it hard for me to get into tims.
