Really Getting tired of paying for things and only getting half of my order. I ordered 2 bagels this morning, get home open. The bagels to find one of the bagels are Missing half of the bottom. And yes, I already tried to email your support, and it won't let me submit anything. How convenient.

We went to drive through to get some drinks and wedges and it took so long to have someone to take our orders. When we get to the window, they almost forgot to give the wedges, we our the one to remind them???? and when we received the wedges it doesn’t look like a wedges, it looks like a chip so old. They even messed up the iced coffee, and gave us our frozen drinks without whipped cream that we need to remind them again. Please, train your employees again!!

I live right around the corner I go there every day even though I'm not a real big fan of the coffee I always order something like raisin Bran muffin 90% of the time they're out today I got excited and I thought maybe I'll get something different they've got to have like a chili so I wait in the line and wait in the line at lunch time 12:30 quarter to one and the girl says to me they were all out of chili well no it wasn't ready yet and I'm like oh you got to be kidding me and I said well how about a soup she is oh sorry it's not ready either and I just beside myself I said it's lunch time you have no soup no chili is it just give me a plain donut old fashioned she yells it back they said all we're all out of old-fashioned I don't know what's happened to Tim Hortons it's gone to a frozen donut she ended up paying any of the bag with five little Tim bits in it and didn't charge me wow can't believe I wasted that much time with crappy coffee not happy

I come in twice a day almost every day, there is a couple regular workers there that are amazing, I will have to get their names. But.. in the last 2 weeks, I’ve gotten my order wrong almost every time, I pay extra for vanilla shots, and my last three coffees were missing them. The last one literally tasted like water with a bit of coffee flavour some thing wrong with food orders as well. I never get big orders or come during very busy time, so I’m not sure what the heck is going on but we are close to making coffees at home now.

Colborne used to be my favorite TH. Now, I do my best to avoid. I know it's only a coffee, but everytime you screw it up, it wrecks multiple people's day - like today.
I think they should offer a 15% discount to cover all the wrong coffees we have to throw out.
