The worst Tim Hortons of all Tim Hortons. People here are impossibly rude. I didn’t even realize you could keep employment being that rude to paying customers. No donuts in stock. Maybe 3 of the likely most unpopular flavours. Drive thru was 27minutes for 2 coffees. Keep driving. Not worth stopping here. There’s likely another one in 5 mins down the road.

Huge decline since covid, drive thru is rough. went through drive thru to get a donut, just a donut, a specific one. there was one left, I said ok I'll take it thanks!! after two cars ahead of me go by, it's not there anymore. it was a Reese's donut worth $2.30+tax, they refuse to make up the price difference due to lack of training at the window, and I leave with one chocolate glazed donut worth about $1. huge bummer.

Went inside to order, it was fairly busy around lunch time. Staff were visibly stressed and didn't seem to have any sort of flow or roles or any system or any sort. Everyone was friendly, but clueless.. your saving grace was Teo, who was basically running the show alone. I waited over 10 minutes for food while watching his 7+ coworkers mess up orders, half make orders, ignore customers at the counter etc. Teo helped everyone else while doing his own job, was the only one communicating with guests, apologizing for the wait and keeping a smile on through it all. He had not much help and was the only reason people were getting their orders at all. This young man is clearly an asset to your store and I hope that you show him your gratitude.

Absolutely wonderful service by a girl named Gillian. I couldn’t have asked for any better. She not only made my order to a tea, but put a smile on my face and gave my hope for the future generation. Keep up the great work lady, you’re killing it!

Terrible experience. The staff was openly racist and ignored us while taking everyone else’s orders. When we finally got food, my sandwich was burnt and completely inedible. Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid this location at all costs.
