Went inside to order, it was fairly busy around lunch time. Staff were visibly stressed and didn't seem to have any sort of flow or roles or any system or any sort. Everyone was friendly, but clueless.. your saving grace was Teo, who was basically running the show alone. I waited over 10 minutes for food while watching his 7+ coworkers mess up orders, half make orders, ignore customers at the counter etc. Teo helped everyone else while doing his own job, was the only one...

Absolutely wonderful service by a girl named Gillian. I couldn’t have asked for any better. She not only made my order to a tea, but put a smile on my face and gave my hope for the future generation. Keep up the great work lady, you’re killing it!

BEST in Canada! Cleanest Tim’s bathroom I’ve seen in years. Small town friendly staff. Delicious home style tasting food. They even have a big picture of Tim Horton on the wall.
