Emailed her and never got a response. Called a week and a day later and she couldn't care less. Unprofessional and definitely would NOT recommend to anyone. Have enough respect to email customers back and just say you are unavailable instead of ignoring emails. If you don't have someone to answer emails then maybe you should hire someone. Our wedding is booked for 2026 :) not many people book for things over a year in advance

We had them do a Thanksgiving themed buffet for our wedding a couple of weeks ago, and it was amazing! Matt and the crew were so nice and it was awesome to have something different than basic wedding food for our day. Pam catered 4 meals across several days for a company retreat of 17 people and did an amazing job. The food was delicious and plentiful. The Broccoli salad was a specific hit. All communication was prompt and timely and everything went very smoothly and for a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend.

I would like to say that I don’t give a mediocre or bad review lightly. Speaking with Pamela was very pleasant and her menu sounded fantastic. I did ask about a tasting menu but she stated she didn’t have the facility to accommodate that. I wish I would have chose a caterer that offered that as it was not at all what I was expecting. This was a catered event for our wedding. Chicken in creamy white wine sauce with shallots is one of the items I chose as an option for my guests as was the Mediterranean pork (herb crusted marinated pork loin medallions). Starter was the summer salad which was great and sides were garlic mash and asparagus. The chicken was like a poached chicken consistency with no cream sauce. It was extremely dry and quite a let down. Majority of our guests chose the chicken unfortunately and the feedback was not good. Lots of them have their chicken to the dog. The pork flavour was good but it too was slightly over done and not herb crusted, but at least edible. My husband and I chose one of each so we knew what our guests were receiving and to sample both. The potatoes were good, asparagus also slightly overdone and she didn’t have enough to go around so some guests did not get a vegetable with their protein and potatoes. We paid extra money for full service. My people set the tables, and we were all advised to head out to be served buffet style. They did scrape off the dinner plates (38 of them) but that was it. That is what was considered “full service “ that I paid extra money for. I feel taken advantage of to be quite honest. At the end of the day it cost $63.00 per plate including taxes and fees. I would expect an educated chef to sample her own food, but clearly she didn’t or she wouldn’t have felt good about serving it. I reached out to let her know how disappointed we were and the guest feedback with hopes she would try and rectify the situation by offering something back in return for a meal and service that in no way were worth what she is charging but to no avail. I just want everyone who is considering using country bbq catering to know what you can expect with those two dishes and for “full service “.
