Beer is good , food is awful , very very dry ! And customer service sucked. The older lady that helped me on till today was so impatient and I got alot of eye rolls from her.

Ambiance, service and beer were excellent. Food was good although we were very disappointed that it was served in a throw away container with plastic cutlery.

We have been visiting this establishment for a number of years, tonight has been extremely disappointing and we had friends with us who have never been. We arrived later in the day and ordered food at last call, we could purchase without issues. We placed a group order, also without an issue, at last call and waited in a lengthy line to place and pay for the order. As a group, trying to finish our drinks and having food on the table, we were approached by four separate staff asking if we were done and informing us that they are now closed. This was non-stop and while we were aware that the establishment had stopped serving food and closed, this was a harassing behaviour. Perhaps your staff need to be reminded of the foundation of customer service and humility. At one point a server had been so snarky and ignorant with her responses that it affected the entire table. Perhaps if we were not approached every 5 minutes we could have finished our drinks and left, instead this had escalated to this point. Let’s go back and revisit some customer service basics…

Quayle’s Brewery is an amazing location for all! With a wide variety of beers, amazing food, and a spectacular property. They host many fun events, I’ve been to the comedy events, vendor market weekends, and their trivia night. It’s a great way to spend a night out and I highly recommend visiting. They do not disappoint

Quayles Brewery was exactly what we were looking for to be the venue for our wedding. We toured probably 20+ venues looking for something that felt like us and would tick off everything on our list. It was all that and more. From our first meeting with Catherine to tour the property, we immediately felt a connection to the brewery and venue. We really wanted to support local businesses and learning about the brewery and how passionate they are about what they do and the local community they support was amazing. As for the venue itself, when we saw it initially, it was covered in snow, but still so beautiful. It only took some imagination and looking at a few pictures for us to say yes to having our wedding there. The communication with Catherine was so easy throughout the whole process. She provides so much information to assist in finding other vendors (catering, florals, music, etc.) which was SO incredibly helpful. We went there multiple times throughout the time between choosing the venue and our wedding. She was always available for questions or a chat whenever we would visit and always a quick email away. Closer to the wedding, we had a beer tasting to decide which beers to have on tap, which was wonderful. She sat down with us and explained all the different types of beer and made suggestions on what to have to try to have something for everyone. The week of the wedding brought a lot of stress and a few changes which was all accommodated by Catherine and her team. The set up of the ceremony and reception area (chairs and tables) was completely taken care of by the Quayles team, which was a huge help. I opted to have the bridal suite which was the perfect place to get ready. There were drinks, snacks (lots of them!) and a very private, quite spot to enjoy the morning getting ready with my wedding party. It was nothing short of amazing to have our wedding at Quayles Brewery. We love going back anytime we are home and will continue to support this outstanding business and wonderful people. (Wedding was September 2024)
