My experience has been that a few times I have walked over to Subway about 10 to 9 and it has been closed twice both times with staff leaving. Why doed the website say 930 as well as the sign on the window?? Iy should be updated to save me from the walk in the cold walking with a crutch

I placed an order Thursday before Christmas to be picked up Friday. I had all 8 subs on a sheet with names and order. I asked to have it by 8:30am Friday I went at 8:10 Friday to ask for added items on the subs. They unwrapped the ones already done, added the items and toasted them.. They were done at 8:30 on the dot .. Highly recommend this place and the staff was so accommodating and friendly... Smiles

Staff made fun of me liking oatmeal cookies. I called him a rasin hater.Very great experience, was light hearted, fun, and my kids laughed about the interaction for days after. I don't go to Coldwater often, but if I do this will be my lunch stop because of the staff

I met a true Sandwich Artist tonight! I'm always indecisive with too many choices and he took the lead with recommendations. I'm in the automotive service industry (he saw the logo on my jacket) and when I said "wow, I appreciate the recommendations" he replied "like you, it's my job to advise". Well done and the subs were fantastic! Thank you Coldwater Subway.
