This is one of our favourite pubs in the whole region. Always friendly service, great atmosphere, local beers on tap, and real fresh food. When you get a side of vegetables here you can tell that they are fresh, not frozen. Today we had the chili which was just like mom used to make. The Old Familiar is always worth a stop when in Coldwater.

Had lunch today at The Old Familiar on a recommendation and we were not disappointed,I had the homemade burger with fries and my hubby had the Pickerel served with roasted potatoes and veggies both were delicious but to top the experience off our server Brendan was a delight we will be back soon.

We were having fun and everyone was nice. My gf and her friend are naturally loud sober and were cut off and they weren't driving. People were nice, karaoke was fun but stupid that we weren't able to have fun like we like to and cut off. We weren't rude, we weren't causing trouble, my gf and her friend together are just naturally loud. Sorry Brendon and Eric, you were cool but we won't be back so you have your peace
