Simply nothing to say, actually speechless such an unprofessional establishment.
I would reach out through email but I honestly don’t have time for that and it would be a waste I rather reply to you on here. I was in not even a week ago ordered a customized Ceaser it was made perfectly I had 3, however last night I was there and apparently when someone complains about a Ceaser ( which tasted awful by the way ) and I didn’t drink any of it. I was in no way was rude just stated that I didn’t want another one made for me because I didn’t think it would taste any better.. and I ended up leaving. After leaving I received a call from my friend stating the owner called her and said if I don’t loose my attitude I’m banned.. pardon me ? So people can’t complain about the taste of their Ceaser?
I also tried to try the chicken strips the fries were awful I didn’t even try the chicken cause I had lost my appetite.

Really enjoyed our visit here. The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed, but the service really stood out. Chris was friendly and attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Overall a solid, enjoyable experience, would definitely come back!

Ceasers were amazing. The flights were a good deal to try a variety of flavours.
Very good price point for a drink + a very decent amount of add on food/snacks.
MUST TRY: The loonie pancakes, deep fried balls of goodness (only available as an add on, but can order multiple. We ordered 5 skewers)
The only downside is the seating (knocks a star out). Only bar stools available. Not accessible and not good for shorter people or anyone with any knee injuries. Would have preferred to have booth or tables available to sit at and would have stayed longer and order more naturally.
Definitely a must try bar!

I went to Caesar Bar in Collingwood with two girlfriends, and overall it was a really good experience—even for someone like me who doesn’t like Caesars at all. While Caesars are clearly their specialty, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of other drink options available. They offer mocktails, wine, and other non-Caesar choices, which made it easy to find something I genuinely enjoyed.
The atmosphere was fun, lively, and welcoming, perfect for a girls’ night out. It felt relaxed but still had a social buzz, making it easy to sit, chat, and enjoy the moment without feeling rushed. The space is nicely set up, and the vibe is very Collingwood—casual yet trendy.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the staff made us feel comfortable even though not everyone in our group was there specifically for Caesars. It’s nice to go to a themed bar that doesn’t make you feel limited if the main drink isn’t your thing.
Overall, it was a great spot to catch up with friends, enjoy good drinks (even if you skip the Caesars), and have a fun night out. I’d definitely go back—especially for the atmosphere and the alternative drink options.

How can you make a trip to Collingwood without stopping at Caesar Bar? Great Caesar’s, fun additions, and love the grab and go elixirs for Caesars at home!
The server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got the lil’ brunch ceaser and it was very good. Loved that happy hour started at 7pm, we took advantage of the deals. It was so good we got rub and exciler for ourselves and as a gift.
We were wishing the location at blue mountain was open but we will going there to use our surprise gifts (envelope) before they expire.
Def needs more locations, Niagara Falls would be a great option.

I had a great experience at the 1858 Caesar Bar yesterday! The drinks were mixed to perfection, and our server, Jaden, was even better. He had amazing, prompt service, knew the menu really well and recommended the Jamaican Jerk Caesar. I finished it in 3 gulps... no regrets.

From the moment we sat down, our server Jaeden was friendly and made the experience so enjoyable. He knew the menu very well, gave great recommendations, and made sure our drinks and food were perfect throughout the night. We have an allergy in our family, and he was very thoughtful about that. We will be back!
