Best ceaser ever. Our server was amazing, quick and friendly. 2 dill pickle ceasers and a chacurterie board was excatly what we needed to start our sister spa 2 day getaway.

We visited the Collingwood location .Delicious drink, incredible staff and fair prices . We had the flight, brunch and taco Caesar as well as dilly fries and everything was top notch. Our waitress even gifted us the elixir used in our favorite drink !

Never did I ever imagine having a Caesars would be an experience. Well it is an amazing one here. Even with the overwhelming menu options the servers Charlotte and Gill were so helpful and they guided us through the choice.
A beautiful chill spot to grab a drink or spend the night. Wonderful staff, great vibe. If you come to Collingwood make this a stop! It's worth it.

My husband and I came for a little get away to Collingwood. Stopped in at 1858 (first time) oh my word!!!!!! My Caesar was absolutely out of this world. I went small because I wasn't sure, next time I'm going BIG or going home. Our server, Emily was so sweet and helpful. Plus we went home with a glass!

Emiliee was our server on the patio and was exceptional. She had a shadow learning who was also great. She even explained how we can make our bacon bomb Ceasars at home with the help of their elixir and own rim. We had a great experience with with our 2 kids as well, they loved the kids slushies and kids wing dinner.
