I entered the outlet by 10:40 and have to wait for more than 20 mins and right at the bill counter I asked for pancakes breakfast and they said NO. I did tell him am inside the outlet for more than 20’mins and deserve to be served and gave lame reason as grill is closed.. we are not 100% automated and didn’t want to argue… Worst experience and surprisingly the mgr is not around whose name is TAMANNA As told and Mr.Teerth was not even polite or convincing me with a reason just walked away. In short this location doesn’t have manager on the location as well available to speak… Surprising and they were not even sorry Paper napkins were not provided. Asked for chipotle and they didn’t even do it properly

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this A&W Collingwood location. My order was not prepared correctly, and on top of that, I didn’t receive any napkins with my meal. When I asked the staff to confirm the price, I was met with an unprofessional, snarky smile instead of clear communication. Good customer service is just as important as the food itself, and unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression.
