Wow! We visited Collingwood and were told to eat at Bello and it did not disappoint. A small restaurant with big taste. The pizza was what I expect pizza in Italy is like. They have a green bean appetizer that you have to try. Kelly and Jaclyn were fabulous servers. Will definitely be back next time we're in Collingwood.

Really cute place. Great sharable portions. Wonderful pizza. Suggest a reservation if coming on a busy night. We did not, but were lucky enough to get a table (but had to vacate the table in 90min as they had another reservation - which was fine). Almost everything would have made a perfect first impression, but the service I have to say was a bit lacking. We were not checked up during the entire time there and we had to go up to the counter area to ask for things like extra napkins and refresh of water. Perhaps they were a server short or something that day. Otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating across the board.

Delicious WOOD fired Pizza. The flavour combinations are really good, each pizza offers a totally different flavour concept. The Kale Ceaser was TOO DIE FOR ! Will be going again. 🥬🍕

Beyond impressive! The creative flavour profiles, and cozy interior design warrants a stop after every visit to the slopes. and the pizzas are massive, great for the family or team events.
Decent Pizza, Service Inexcusable Food was fine but Service was awful. We waited well over 1hour for our order . With hungry Toddlers we finally asked for a piece of bread, anything, for the kids while we waited. We were given 3 dips with nothing to dip. The Icing on the cake was The Manager, Curt & unapologetic(.I noticed someone having a laugh while standing nearby while the manger rhymed off a bunch of excuses) I understand, things don’t always run smoothly in restaurants, but to treat customers as they don’t matter is beyond inexcusable! We won’t be going back!

If you’re making a trip to Collingwood or in the Collingwood area, make sure you stop at Bello for a meal - you won’t be disappointed! Henry was our server and explained a lot options of food on the menu and his team of workers were on fire working so hard ! Thanks for a wonderful food and evening with an amazing team of workers.

We took a chance on a Friday night and were told the wait was approximately 90 minutes. Deciding to try again another night we felt excited to have scored a reservation for the Saturday evening. We arrived on time, and were told our reservation was set for at the bar which is not what we expected having made reservations. We asked for another option and were seated outside at a bistro table. The food smelled and looked delicious in passing, but unfortunately the subpar service prompted us to leave without intentions of returning.

We had a 9:45pm reservation and not being from the area, didn’t realize the restaurant closed at 10pm. Despite that, the team at Bello Pizza warmly welcomed us and honored our reservation without hesitation, something that’s rare and truly appreciated.
Andrew, the chef, delivered an absolutely phenomenal meal that genuinely blew us away. Every dish was crafted with care and flavor that exceeded expectations.
Henrik, our server and mixologist, went above and beyond. He made us feel right at home, never rushed us, and created an exceptional experience from start to finish. His hospitality and drink creations were top-notch.
From the food to the service and drinks, everything deserves more than 5 stars. We’re incredibly grateful for the memorable and special night and we’ll definitely be returning soon.
